Friendly staff but limited in other ways
Pros:

Staff very friendly, let us leave luggage and took it to our room for us. Female receptionist brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us.

Cons:

Breakfast very limited, no milk? Staff seemed very uninterested in our party and more interested in the yoga retreat guests.
No air conditioning in rooms and was told it couldn’t be changed. Heard six people complaining.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und nette Bedienung.
Insgesamt eignet sich das Hotel gut für Gäste, die eine zentrale Lage schätzen und nicht lärmempfindlich sind

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was einerseits praktisch ist, andererseits jedoch mit einer erheblichen Lärmbelastung einhergeht. Direkt am Hotel fahren Autos und Motorräder – teils mit sehr lauten Motoren – vorbei. Zudem war bis spät in die Nacht deutlicher Lärm durch Passanten zu hören, insbesondere von Besuchern des Parks mit Riesenrads auf dem Rückweg (Rufen, lautes Sprechen etc.).
Zusätzlich sind die Türen und Fenster knarrend, die Lärmdurchlässigkeit insgesamt hoch. Bei Wind verursachen Jalousien und Fenster laute Geräusche, was den Schlaf weiter beeinträchtigt.
Der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels wirkt eher älter, eine Renovation sowie bessere Schallisolierung wären wünschenswert. Auch die Parkplatzsituation direkt beim Hotel ist eingeschränkt.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch ohne frischen Fruchtsalat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und nette Bedienung.
Insgesamt eignet sich das Hotel gut für Gäste, die eine zentrale Lage schätzen und nicht lärmempfindlich sind, bietet jedoch insbesondere nachts wenig Ruhe.

Abbiamo usufruito anche della cena e posso dire che sia la colazione che la cena sono state di nostro gradimento. Buffet della colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e salato.
Staff gentilissimo e cortese, ci siamo sentiti a casa.
Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro.

Cons:

La camera per essere un 4 stelle me l’aspettavo un po’ più ampia. Siamo comunque stati benissimo.
In bagno metterei uno sgabello o un mobiletto per appoggiare beauty e asciugamani.

Breve soggiorno a Montecatini Terme
Pros:

personale gentilissimo e pulizia della struttura. Pur dormendo solo una notte alla nostra partenza ci hanno comunque dato un gradito omaggio. Nel complesso una buona struttura con alcuni piccoli margini di miglioramento.

Cons:

la colazione, pur essendo abbondante, potrebbe essere migliorata per quanto riguarda i dolci. Ottima scelta di avena e semi vari al naturale che non sempre è presente nelle struttura alberghiere. Per la camera unico piccolo difetto il materasso un po' troppo duro

Хорошее местоположение, всё рядом.
Вкусный завтрак, очень дружелюбный и заботливый персонал и в ресторане и на рецепции. У меня была травма и мне дали лед и помогли с чемоданом. Очень приятно, когда такие добрые люди работают в отеле.

Pros:

L'albergo ha un bellissima hall che ti accoglie all'arrivo. Lo staff ci ha seguito in ogni fase del check in e utilizzo dei servizi SPA.Pulizia in ogni locale(camera, spa, hall e ristorante) di livello ottimo. Letti molto confortevoli che non trovavo in un albergo da molto tempo.

It’s okey stay but definitely not a 4 star place.
Pros:

The location is nice.

Cons:

It’s outdated, needs renovation to aspire 4 star hotel. The intense smell of synthetic perfumes was too much for my taste. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t good, watered juices and artificial canned fruit, no fresh vegetables.
