Nein danke, nie wieder!!!

Nein, danke, nie wieder!
Nach einer Nacht abgereist, eigentlich waren 16 Nächte gebucht und wegen des langen Aufenthalts extra die Junior Suite. Hotel und Zimmer sagen wir mal so : heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.
Der Teppichboden war überall übersät  mit Flecken
Das Sofa hatte Flecken und Brandlöcher
Das Küchenmobilar war abgeschrabbt und unansehnlich
Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht schließen, da der Schließmechanismus abgebrochen war
Die Glas Duschwand bei der Badewanne ging immer nach außen auf, so dass man nach dem Duschen das Bad putzen und auf wischen musste
Und ein großer, sicherheitsrelevantenter Mangel war: im öffentlichen Flur beim Zugang zu den Zimmern, konnte bei einem Alarm die Brandschutztüre nicht schließen, da Löcher im Teppichboden durch eine Matte verdeckt waren, welche das Schließen unmöglich machten. Auch nach dem dies der Rezeption gemeldet wurde, erfolgten hier keine Anpassungen oder Beseitigung.
Echt nicht noch mal!!!!
Und dann musste ich hinterher mit Booking.com rum streiten, da das Hotel gesagt hat: Sie können mir nichts ,vom im Voraus bezahlten Preis nachlassen, das muss ich mit Booking klären.
Eine sehr teure und sehr negative Erfahrung!

Ok location, near where I needed to be

Cons:

Junior suite is misadvertised. It does not have a kitchenette, stove top, refrigerator, microwave. It only has a minibar fridge.
Carpet was dirty with several dead flies.
Chair completely inadequate for working at desk.
Desk is shallow and glass, meaning computer mice don't work on it.
A single chair in a suite is not enough.
One TV balanced on top of minibar fridge, neither visible from sofa or bed.
No spare toilet paper.

Es steht und fällt mit dem Personal - es war nicht gut

Personal absolute Katastrophe
Man musste für alles selber laufen, Essen kam nach 55 min (Currywurst und Ziegenkäse), war schon kalt, schmeckte auch nicht besonders

Godt og billigt
Pros:

Skønt hotel, som ligger fint når man blot skal have en overnatning for at skulle videre. Dejligt stort værelse med fin aircondition.
