Lors de la réservation, j'ai réservé pour une personne au lieu de deux, et ai dû payer un supplément de 40€/nuit supplémentaire, alors que c'etait la même chambre (soit double). Aussi pour le petit déjeuner, l'information n'avait pas été transmise qu'il y avait une deuxième personne, avec petit déjeuner inclus et il a fallut longuement expliquer que la réservation du petit déjeuner avait été réglée la veille.

Aussi, nous sommes très partagé quant au personnel. Il y en a un grand nombre, qui etait très accueillant, souriant et agréable (notamment Arantza). Pourtant, nous avons aussi fait face à dû personnel qui nous a semblé "dédaigneux" à notre égard. Ce qui nous a mis mal à l'aise, et qui a etait très désagréable lors de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Beautiful hotel with great service.
Pros:

It was a great location with amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The room was beautiful with a lovely rooftop pool.

Cons:

I like a more cushiony mattress than is customary is Europe but overall it was better than some other places we’ve stayed.

Otele bekarlığa veda veya benzeri Hangover amaçlı geldiği anlaşılan 30 yaşlarında gençler henüz odaya yeni girdiğimiz sırada koridorda üzerlerinde bornozla büyük gürültü yaptılar. Gece ise korktuğumuz başımıza geldi, aynı kişiler bu sefer sabaha karşı yine koridorda alkollü vaziyette inanılmaz gürültü yaptılar ve hepimizi yataktan hoplattılar. Resepsiyonu arayarak haber verdik, hızlı bir şekilde güvenlik yönlendirildi daha sonra ses kesildi ancak uykumuz da berbat oldu, otel yönetiminin bu tarz serserileri otele kabul etme konusuna dikkat etmesi, parasını ödeyen herkesi otele kabul etmemesi ve bizim gibi aileleri bu tiplerden daha uzak odalara veya katlara yerleştirme konusunda özen göstermesi gerekirdi.

Emplacement parfait. Deco superbe. Chambre très confortable. Lit très grand et excellent matelas. La chambre n'est pas immense mais super bien équipée. Petite trousse de toilette très mignonne. Frigo garni. Propreté top. Serviettes de toilette xl changées tout les jours. Petits dej dans un superbe environnement et de bonne facture. Piscine rooftop

Cons:

Obligé de se garer à un parking à 10 min à pieds. Alors avec les valises et la chaleur, vous arrivez en vrac. Pas de possibilité de stationnement autre.
