Frigo garni. Propreté top. Serviettes de toilette xl changées tout les jours. Petits dej dans un superbe environnement et de bonne facture. Piscine rooftop

Location was ideal, 3nins from setas and 10mins from cathedral. Lovely breakfast, great pool and roof top bar (pool not huge but nice). Absolutely gorgeously decorated

So glad we picked this hotel for our stay in Seville - probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The triple room was very spacious with a double waterfall shower, Nespresso machine, fluffy robes and slippers and bottled water provided everyday. We happened to be staying when the solar eclipse took place and they even provided us with glasses and a guide!

The whole hotel smelt beautiful and was very clean. We enjoyed the Ritual toiletries provided. The rooftop plunge pool and bar area were fantastic for relaxing in the afternoons when the city really heats up.

We've already been looking for our next H10 break! Perfect for couples and small families looking for a luxury city break. Our teenage daughter loved it just as much as us!

What’s not to love about this hotel?
The welcome, the decor, the value, the location, the fluffy towels and robes, the comfortable bed with many pillows, the rooftop pool (although crowded in August), the service at reception….. we are only half way through our stay and so far this hotel is fantastic. Our arrival where the staff spent much time to circle what to see and do on the map, to the free cava, it was a smooth check in process that was warm, friendly and genuine. Our room 107 was lovely and great value (make sure you join the H10 club). We requested a kettle which was great but the cups are espresso sized which is a bit small for tea. But this only a minor issue to what has been an amazing stay so far. The artworks in the room are quirky and fun and we love the decor. The hotel is very central to everything and even though hot we are walking everywhere. Pool is such a treat when the days are 39 degrees. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely stunning honestly from the second we arrived we was greeted by the most amazing staff there all lovely very welcoming helpful we was asked if we would like a drink we was given a glass of cava and my girls were given ice tea which was a very nice welcome from the staff. Our room was amazing and comfortable for the 3 of us the hotel rooftop pool and bar gorgeous!! Could not fault anything about this hotel its a 10/10 from us and we are gutted to be going home... The hotel is central for everything just perfect for shops,bars,restaurants and site seeing. Seville is a beautiful place to visit we definitely will be returning in the future ❤️

Beautifully designed and decorated, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in .
Even more impressive are the staff who look after you from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave . From the reception to front of house and not forgetting the kitchen brigade and house keeping . They cannot do enough for their guests and simply go the”extra mile “ !
The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Seville.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast area and offering is first class !

We stayed here at the H10 Casa De La Plata for 5 nights with breakfast. It's our first time staying at this hotel.

First impressions were very good. Calm, quiet check in. Professional, very friendly staff.

The hotel is a stunning design with a boutique style throughout. The lobby, all communal areas, the hallways & rooms are a lovely standard of decor & style (see photos)

The sun terrace could use some clever rearrangement to facilitate being able to provide more deckchairs & lounge seating, there was never enough available & this was frustrating. Most of the bulk of our days were spent out & about on tours etc of the city, however it would have been nice to have spent an hour being able to relax on the sun terrace later in the day, although there was never any room to accommodate the amount of guests wanting to utilise it.

There is no gym or fitness room which is very odd for a new hotel. There is however the space for one, at the end of the Reception/Lobby area there is an unused space/area which the hotel charge guests to sit inside (bizarre) we never saw anyone use this area at all. This would be ideal for a gym room.
(We used a gym recommended by the hotel initially, but found it too warm so we used 'Basic Fit instead at about €11 each time) a short walk

Overall, we really liked the hotel, although unfortunately there are a few items which should be addressed immediately for a hotel of this calibre.

❌️ Lifts/Elevators are very slow
❌️ Not enough Deckchairs or sunloungers on the sun terrace (more should be made available for use)
❌️ Very cloudy water in plunge pool
❌️ Pool needed a deep clean (a dirty tide mark was visible around the pool)
❌️ No gym/Fitness room (for a hotel of this standard it's very unusual) & should be addressed

The location is amazing. Everything is within walking distance.
The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were so helpful booking a flamenco show and giving us restaurant recommendations and information about all the attractions.
The breakfast was excellent.

Fabulous hotel with great service a convenient location! We stayed there for 4 nights the end of June through early July 2026. The hotel was lovely with fun art work in our room. We had evening cocktails on the roof bar each night and enjoyed the view and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the service has been exceptional. Every member of staff has been friendly, cheerful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel itself is beautifully presented. The décor is elegant, the air conditioning throughout is excellent (a real bonus in Seville!), and the Wi-Fi is reliable.

Our room has been impeccably cleaned every day. The bed linen is soft, the towels are large, fluffy and spotless, and the robes are a lovely touch. The shower is excellent, and the toiletries smell amazing and feel luxurious.

Breakfast has been super. There’s a great selection, and it’s a lovely touch that fresh croissants and juice are brought to your table shortly after you arrive.

The rooftop pool is the perfect place to relax after sightseeing, and the staff there are just as warm and attentive as everyone else in the hotel.

H10 has exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
