I would stay again but only for a couple nights unless they get new beds.
Pros:

The location is central to shopping, Presque Isle, restaurants and is very close to Splash Lagoon.

Having a separate living room and kitchen was really convienent. Shower had good pressure and was warm right away. Ice machines worked and breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

Our bedroom had 2 double beds and was kind of tight. The beds were really hard but we were only there one night.

This location seems like an older property. There were window air conditioners in the living room and bedoom and no fan in the bathroom.

Pros:

We loved everything. The room as spacious and clean. The jacuzzi tubs were an added bonus. The pool and hot tub were great! Great breakfast buffet.

Cons:

They don't clean the rooms every day. Only after 4 days stay. We could have used fresh towels without having to hunt someone down. And yeah cans in the room were small for a family with 3 kids.

Pros:

I liked the location. Also the main bed was comfortable

Cons:

The kitchen had NO sauce pan only 2 frying pans with NO LIDS. Not anything to even boil water in and the room coffee maker was a one cupper pod type with NO pods, but a package of regular grounds which could not be used with this coffee maker? The hotel could use some updating and it is over priced I paid 500 for 2 nights.

Power outage
Pros:

The staff handled the power outage very well. Doing everything they could.

Cons:

Power was out from 200 to 900. It was very inconvenient, the hotel was pitch dark. While I understand things happen, to not offer any type of compensation for the amount we paid for that room to not be able to use it for 7 hours was unacceptable. Additionally the food we had in the fridge was ruined.

Pros:

Loved the size of our room, and the size of the bathtub. Being close to restaurants was a huge plus. Enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't realize the hotel was connected to splash lagoon when I booked it. It seems very convenient if you're planning a trip there.

Cons:

We didn't like our room being so close to the elevator (directly across) could hear everything all night long.

Pros:

The breakfast and pool were great, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for all activities planned. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for all present.The price was reasonable for the amount of people staying.

Cons:

Only one small garbage can, no one came to clean the room or add any clean towels during our two night stay.

A load of BS and I will most definitely let people know.
Pros:

Having strict dietary needs the kitchen was nice.

Cons:

Let’s see. So the pool is small which I am sure wouldn’t be that bad except that they allow the hotel next door to use it since they don’t have one. Out of five nights we got to enjoy it for a couple hours other wise it was way too busy.

Second. My room charge for five nights was 500 and something. Not only did they charge this but they also charged over 700 on top of that! We went to the front and asked them and their response was oh that happens sometimes and we can’t do anything and you have to dispute it with your bank….excuse me?! We were on a strict budget and unfortunately due to this we didn’t get to do some things we were going to. No apology and no real explanation. This alone will have me NEVER coming back! It was completely unacceptable.

Cons:

Needs some major updating. In our room the chairs were peeling, tubs wouldn’t drain, the doors were broken and FILTHY. The couch is the most uncomfortable thing we’ve ever sat on in my life. The vents were filthy. The stove fan/vent I couldn’t even use because I turned it on and it smelled like what the previous guest cooked for our whole entire stay it was disgusting. My whole family (who most don’t have allergy issues) had red itchy eyes and were coughing our whole stay while in the hotel. We probably will not be back and this was our 3rd year staying in this hotel.
