Good but..
Pros:

Very clean and huge room. Good size pool and gym. We stayed for only 1 night and moved to SAPA next day even tho we booked for 3 nights. It was a non refundable booking but manager was lovely enough to return me 50%. Very grateful for that. Could improve on breakfast options.

Cons:

Gym smells and people don't wear shoes or tops when exercising. No towels as well. Weights everywhere. If going to Sapa, this isn't the place to stay. Pls book a hotel in Sapa. Nothing around this hotel.

Pros:

Phòng rộng lớn.
Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Chúng tôi hai người đã ở 5 đêm trong phòng Junior Suite. Phòng rộng lớn nhưng thảm rất dơ và củ. Máy lạnh khi mở lên có mùi hôi có vẻ độc hại.
Tủ lạnh chỉ ra hơi nóng chứ không lạnh.
Đồ ăn sáng rất ít mà còn không ngon.
Không có đồ ăn cho người âu châu, luôn cả cho người Việt cũng rất ít món.
Vị trí khách sạn xa trung tâm nên gần đó không có gì đặc biệt. Muốn ăn phải mướn taxi ra trung tâm mới có nhà hàng ăn.

Swimming pool clerk man who works there.. verry bad attitude... in the room its whriten Swimming close at 10 pm.... si I went there at 8 30 pm ... and I met this clerk working there talking to me verry rude....

Lovely hotel but slightly out of town.
Pros:

Lovely room with balcony. Great gym and swimming pool. Lovely staff.

Cons:

No towels at swimming pool and lockers do not work. If you want to eat locally, have to get a taxi.
