Райский отель с огромным недостатком в организации питания
Pros:

1. Территория. Это действительно сильная сторона. Всё утопает в зелени, очень ухоженно, красиво, за растениями видно тщательный уход. Гулять одно удовольствие.
2. Номера. Большие, светлые, продуманная планировка. Есть где развернуться, много мест для хранения. Уборка быстрая и качественная — претензий нет.
3. Бассейны. Понравилось, что есть тихие зоны, где можно спокойно отдохнуть без детского гама. Персонал у бассейнов приветливый и внимательный.

Cons:

1. Пляж. Собственный пляж отеля — это разочарование. Очень мелкая, илистая заводь, практически «болотце». Заходить в воду неприятно. Хорошо, что рядом (с обратной стороны от отеля) есть общественный пляж с нормальным заходом, но это уже не та приватность, которую ждешь от такого отеля.
2. Главный кошмар — очереди в ресторан. Это просто провал в сервисе.
· Утром на завтрак собирается очередь из 40+ человек, при этом внутри зал полупустой! Сажают катастрофически медленно.
· Система бронирования онлайн — фикция. Регистрация открывается в 7:00, и сразу же время ожидания дает от 80 до 120 минут. Это неуважение к гостям, которые пришли отдыхать, а не стоять в очередях.
· Зона шведского стола крошечная. Из-за этого давка и толкучка даже за едой.
· Сама еда посредственная и скудная. Уже на третий день ребенок наотрез отказался идти на завтрак, потому что надоело одно и то же и стоять в очередях. Такая же ситуация и с обедом.

Отель красивый, но впечатление полностью портит организация питания.

沖繩最棒的住宿及服務品質。
Pros:

都很滿意，海景很美渡假感十足

Cons:

因為住宿房間被安排在外棟，所以房間門打開就是面對外面馬路，晚上有飆車族的車聲，很大聲，這點滿不能接受的。

Pros:

落ち着いていてリラックスできました.

Cons:

レストランの夕食は予約制でほぼ埋まっているので、早くから予約が必要です。予約できなかった宿泊客は外へ食事に出かけないといけない。周辺には選択肢が少ない。

Incredible team
Pros:

We had a lovely time at this resort. The location is dazzling. What really stood out though was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. Every person working in the resort was highly trained and focused on providing incredible service. We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay and the team went over and above to not old solve it but went to incredible lengths to make amends. It was truely exceptional. Recommend staying here and thank you to the team for making our stay so lovely.

Beautiful Okinawan resort!
Pros:

Beautiful property, rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The online pictures do not do justice to how nice the rooms are. We had a balcony with ocean views for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The quiet pool was very nice. Staff is very professional and kind.

Cons:

The incoming typhoon that forced us to leave a day earlier than planned. lol

Fantastic! would highly recommend for families!
Pros:

Fantastic rooms! Really enjoyed our stay, very, very kind staff.

Cons:

Amazing experience overall... I would just like to add that I wish they had more rainy day activities for guests... my husband and I went during typhoon season and were stuck inside for a 1/2 the day, and all they had available was the spa, but it was fully booked. I believe they had activities for kids, but that was all.

Also, 1 hour from the airport, but the hotel was able to schedule taxi accommodations for us.

The beach wasn't really available when we visited...

Excellent!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was generous and very good! The quiet pool was a great place to spend the day, but get there early, bc spots are limited. Rooms are very nice, even better than in the pictures — my daughter said they need to update the photos to better show off the place. The staff is amazing — super accommodating and welcoming!

Cons:

The incoming typhoon that forced us to leave early. lol
