Pros:

The staff there are super friendly and always look out for you. My wife and I went there as part of our honeymoon in Japan and had an incredible experience.

Fantastic! would highly recommend for families!
Pros:

Fantastic rooms! Really enjoyed our stay, very, very kind staff.

Cons:

Amazing experience overall... I would just like to add that I wish they had more rainy day activities for guests... my husband and I went during typhoon season and were stuck inside for a 1/2 the day, and all they had available was the spa, but it was fully booked. I believe they had activities for kids, but that was all.

Also, 1 hour from the airport, but the hotel was able to schedule taxi accommodations for us.

The beach wasn't really available when we visited...

Excellent!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was generous and very good! The quiet pool was a great place to spend the day, but get there early, bc spots are limited. Rooms are very nice, even better than in the pictures — my daughter said they need to update the photos to better show off the place. The staff is amazing — super accommodating and welcoming!

Cons:

The incoming typhoon that forced us to leave early. lol

Großes, aber sehr schönes und hochwertiges Hotel. Toller Meerblick.
Pros:

Der Sunset Wing ist schön ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick. In unserem Gebäude befand sich auch die Bar, an der wir Abends zwei Mal sehr gemütlich gesessen haben.
Die Tauchbasis im Hotel haben wir genutzt, der Tauchgang war gut organisiert und mit wenig Aufwand für uns verbunden.
Ich hatte eine Yogastunde draußen im Garten mit Meerblick, das war phänomenal.
Unsere Kinder waren begeistert vom Golf-Kart Shuttle zum Main Gate.
Die Unterstützung unserer Urlaubsplanung durch den Concierge war hervorragend.
Die Zimmer waren wirklich groß, bei einer Belegung von jeweils einem Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern ein echter Mehrwert.
Das Gym war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet.
3 verschiedene Restaurants für das Frühstück fanden wir hervorragend - Asiatisch, Europäisch und Buffett.
Die Pools und das gesamte Resort waren sehr schön angelegt. Am Pool haben wir Handtücher, Wasser und auch gefrorene Mangostücke bekommen.
Die Lage des Resorts war schön, die Nordseite der Insel ist sehr schön und nicht so dicht bebaut.

Cons:

Die Restaurants fanden wir alle extrem überteuert. Wir haben nur am ersten Abend im Hotel gegessen. Danach sind wir direkt außerhalb des Resorts in ein sehr nettes Restaurant gegangen für einen Bruchteil des Preises.
Die virtuelle Warteschlange für das Frühstück ist eine grundsätzlich sinnvolle Idee, leider hat diese immer zwischen 60 und 80 Minuten Zeit gebraucht. Die Hälfte der Tische war trotz allem unbesetzt.

Wyjątkowo zadbany hotel (czystość, obsługa, usługi) z profesjponalnym personelem. Restauracje na wysokim poziomie, a śniadania wyjątkowo smaczne i bogate. Słowa uznania dla hotelowego zespołu concierge - bardzo sprawny i uczynny, wszyskie prośby o pomoc w rezerwacji lokali itp. zostały załatwione. Gratuluję załodze i polecam!

Erg duur voor matige service.
Pros:

Luxe hotel, mooie ruime kamers met uitzicht op zee.
De zwembaden zijn heel prettig, vooral de 16+, er waren veel kleine gillende kinderen tijdens mijn bezoek in de andere zwembaden. Het was laagseizoen, dus ook voldoende ligbedden en ruimte in het water.

Cons:

Het strand is ver, vanuit mijn kamer zeker een kwartier lopen. Het ook geen supermooi strand, er zijn betere stranden in Okinawa. Sowieso weinig te zien en te doen in de omgeving. Aan de straatzijde wel meerdere restaurants, maar die zijn relatief duur voor Japanse begrippen.

De restaurants in Halekulani zijn geen 5-sterren, extreem lang wachten. Zowel bij ontbijt als bij diner. Je kan vanuit de wachtkamer gewoon zien dat er tafels beschikbaar zijn, maar ze laten je alsnog wachten. Ze denken misschien dat lang wachten hoort bij een luxe hotel, als je aangeeft dat je zelf wel naar de tafel kan lopen dan begrijpen ze dat niet. Er moet altijd eerst iemand van het personeel met je meelopen naar je tafel om te zitten, volledig zinloos...
Weinig personeel spreekt Engels, beetje vreemd voor een hotel met internationale pretenties.

人生市場最高のホテル、特別な日に必ずまた行きたい！
Pros:

今まで29年間生きてきた中で一番最高で素敵なホテルでした。スタッフの接客、対応、サービス、レストランのご飯の美味しさ、部屋や外観内観、景色、部屋に戻った時のささやかなホテルからのプレゼント(贈り物)が楽しみな3日間でした！

Cons:

土地柄仕方ないとは思うのですが、虫の多さとデカさでした。自然や生物を大切にするという意味ではすごい良いことなのかなとも思えたし何よりも全てが完璧すぎて1ミリも不快な思いや嫌な思いはなかったです！
