시설도 좋았고 직원들이 너무 친절했어요~
일점상 먼저 2박을 힐튼 차탄에서 하고 마지막 날 하루만 묵은게 너무 아쉬웠어요~ㅜ
힐튼은 재방문 의사 절대로 없는데 여기는 무조건 오키나와 오면 다시 오고 싶어요~^^

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, bei dem einfach alles gestimmt hat. Die traumhafte Lage, die gepflegte Anlage, die wunderschönen Zimmer und vor allem der aussergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Service haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Nous tenions à vous adresser nos plus sincères félicitations pour la qualité de votre établissement et, surtout, pour l'excellence de votre équipe.

Le petit-déjeuner est sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu le plaisir de découvrir : produits de grande qualité, choix varié et service irréprochable.

Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est l'attitude de votre personnel. Un matin, nous avions une envie toute simple : déguster des crèmes brûlées. Elles ne figuraient pourtant pas au buffet ce jour-là. Au lieu de nous répondre qu'elles n'étaient pas disponibles, comme cela se produit malheureusement très souvent, votre collaborateur nous a répondu avec le sourire qu'il allait se renseigner.

Quelques minutes plus tard, elle est revenu nous annoncer que la cuisine allait spécialement nous en préparer. À peine un quart d'heure plus tard, trois délicieuses crèmes brûlées nous étaient servies.

Ce geste peut paraître anodin, mais il illustre parfaitement ce qui distingue un grand hôtel d'un hôtel véritablement exceptionnel. Nous fréquentons régulièrement de nombreux hôtels cinq étoiles et même des palaces, notamment à Paris. Très souvent, lorsque quelque chose n'est pas prévu au buffet, la réponse est simplement : « Désolé, ce n'est pas disponible. » Chez vous, la première réaction a été de chercher une solution pour satisfaire le client.

Cette volonté sincère de faire plaisir, cette capacité à dire « voyons ce que nous pouvons faire » plutôt que « ce n'est pas possible », est la plus belle démonstration d'un service d'excellence. C'est cette attention, cette générosité et cette culture du service qui créent des souvenirs inoubliables et donnent envie de revenir.

早餐非常好吃, 水準之上的表現, 飯店整體設施都營造的讓人非常舒服, 到各個泳池都有工作人員提供冰水。

Halekulani Okinawa is a wonderful resort if you're looking to relax and disconnect. We chose it after being inspired by Ikigai, and it turned out to be the perfect place to unwind. The resort is beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views, crystal-clear waters, and a peaceful atmosphere. The service is outstanding, and every interaction with the staff felt warm and genuine.

As vegetarians, we initially found the dining options limited. However, after speaking to the team, the chefs created a dedicated vegetarian menu for us. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Notes for fellow travellers:

- If you're visiting in late July, be prepared for intense heat and humidity. It can be difficult to comfortably explore Okinawa or spend extended time outdoors during the day, so a cooler season may be a better choice.
- Halekulani is a popular destination for Japanese families, so expect to see many children around the pools and common areas. The atmosphere is lively rather than secluded.
- The resort is about an hour's drive from the airport, and taxi fares are fairly expensive. Planning your transportation in advance is recommended.
- The pools close relatively early, so if you enjoy evening swims, keep the timings in mind while planning your day.

Overall, Halekulani Okinawa delivers an exceptional luxury experience with world-class hospitality. If you're looking for a beautiful beach front resort with impeccable service, it's hard to go wrong.

Check in was easy
Room was nice - AC was good enough for the very hot weather
Gym was small but not super crowded so it worked out
Restaurants are good but they evidently get booked far in advance. Usually we have never had difficulty when staying at a property
At this location, if booking same day, generally only 5pm or 9pm available (and not at all restaurants). So book dinner way ahead especially if coming summertime
Staff was nice
Pool area was crowded but they do have multiple pools
Overall great stay, would stay again

1. Территория. Это действительно сильная сторона. Всё утопает в зелени, очень ухоженно, красиво, за растениями видно тщательный уход. Гулять одно удовольствие.
2. Номера. Большие, светлые, продуманная планировка. Есть где развернуться, много мест для хранения. Уборка быстрая и качественная — претензий нет.
3. Бассейны. Понравилось, что есть тихие зоны, где можно спокойно отдохнуть без детского гама. Персонал у бассейнов приветливый и внимательный.

We had a lovely time at this resort. The location is dazzling. What really stood out though was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. Every person working in the resort was highly trained and focused on providing incredible service. We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay and the team went over and above to not old solve it but went to incredible lengths to make amends. It was truely exceptional. Recommend staying here and thank you to the team for making our stay so lovely.
