NEVER AGAIN
Pros:

I did a booking for the structure to spend a weekend with my husband and daughter but I was called and informed that we were the only one booking that day so we were to be accompanied in another structure, I did accept it but they hosted us in a hotel without elevator while I am currently wearing crutches from the doctor . Horrible experience, horrible service and staff.

Piccolissima vacanza a Gabicce Mare
Pros:

Avevamo prenotato due camere presso l’Hotel RexLifestyle ma a causa di un overbooking siamo stati dirottati all’Hotel Rock Crystal.Nonostante l’inconveniente iniziale, desidero sottolineare la grande professionalità della receptionist Ginevra dell’hotel Rex Lifestyle, che ha gestito la situazione in modo impeccabile.
Con cortesia, disponibilità e competenza, è riuscita a trovare rapidamente una soluzione, facendoci sentire seguiti e ben accolti in ogni momento. La sua attenzione e il suo atteggiamento positivo hanno trasformato un possibile disagio in un’esperienza comunque piacevole.
Le camere dell’Hotel RockCrystal si sono rivelate una piacevole sorpresa: recentemente ristrutturate, arredate con gusto e molto accoglienti. Il bagno in camera è spazioso e ben curato, con una doccia ampia e confortevole, dettaglio che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato.
Ottima anche la colazione, inclusa nel prezzo: varia e di qualità, con una buona offerta di dolci e una valida scelta di prodotti salati. Da sottolineare anche il cappuccino, davvero buonissimo, cosa tutt’altro che scontata quando viene preparato con macchine industriali.
Un grazie di cuore alla signorina Ginevra, receptionist all’hotel Rex-Lifestyle che, alla nostra ripartenza, ci ha persino ricontattati per assicurarsi che tutto fosse andato per il meglio: un gesto che ci ha davvero colpiti e che racconta una cura per l’ospite rara e autentica. Sono proprio queste attenzioni a fare la differenza e a lasciare un ricordo positivo che va oltre il semplice soggiorno.

Parto dicendo che già con i messaggi di benvenuto mi sono sentito molto soddisfatto.
Anche nelle richieste molto gentili nelle risposte.
Camera praticamente perfetta.
Il parcheggio preso a pagamento al costo di 10 euro, molto bene ( sicuramente inizialmente può sembrare poco pratico 😜)
Il pezzo più forte una colazione superlativa ( anche qua la gente aveva da ridire ( gente che cercava qualcosa senza glutine x i figli ( con tutto quello che c’era una vergogna lamentarsi)
Nel turno mio era molto affollato e non si riusciva a star dietro a tutto ( anche lì le persone hanno sempre fretta pure in vacanza, senza pensare alle persone che lavoravano)
Se devo consigliare questo posto tra prezzo e il servizio dato e alla lunga meglio di hotel stellati, veramente una colazione così lo fatta veramente poche volte in villeggiatura.

Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione e la splendida colazione! Ormai siamo clienti fissi di questa struttura e non ci ha mai deluso.

Cons:

Nulla, ci sono sicuramente alcuni punti migliorabili, tipo il parcheggio a 12€ a notte, forse in bassa stagione potrebbe essere incluso nel costo della camera o fortemente scontato visto che era letteralmente vuoto; in camera una bottiglia d'acqua gratuita e un bicchiere sarebbero stati graditi così come dei sacchettini per i rifiuti (oltre al cestino grande già presente nel bagno).
Altro suggerimento: perché non prevedere una tapparella anche nella finestra del bagno così da sfruttare la doccia "cromoterapia" anche nelle ore diurne?

Attenzione, quelle sopra non sono critiche, ma spunti per migliorare ulteriormente il servizio. Ribadisco che siamo clienti fissi e ritorneremo prossimamente in questa struttura.
