Pros:

Location is good; near a small convenience store and a few cafe which opens early to grab coffee. Easy street parking around. The host was nice enough to stick around past the hotel check-in hours to receive us.

Cons:

Although the room is large, the photos on booking is not reflecting the true condition of the property. The couch in the room wasnt really clean and the shower curtain needs to be replaced as it is moldy. Not sure why other commenters here said its super clean. Maybe my room #3 is an exception.

Easy, accessible to city centre and amenities and comfortable
Pros:

Easy walk to the stadium for us, with lots of shops and amenities close by, bus stop opposite the accommodation which takes 5 mi s to get into city centre.
Lovely host, good communication ahead of stay.
Parking free on the road outside.

Cons:

No sharp knives in kitchen for making food. But having a kitchen was a bonus.

The location is unbeatable: just 20 minutes from the city center with plenty of free parking available. The staff is very attentive and polite; they were kind enough to upgrade my stay by assigning me a larger room, which was clean and tidy

Cons:

I stayed at this place with the goal of resting before a sporting event I was participating in the following day, but the experience was disappointing.
Resting was impossible: the mattress was completely sagged in the middle, and the pillows had no firmness at all; they were lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. It was so frustrating that I even seriously considered going to sleep in my car just to try to get some rest. This lack of sleep directly affected my performance in the event.
The hygiene and facilities leave much to be desired: the common areas, especially the kitchen, are in a questionable state. The microwave and the refrigerator gave an impression of absolute filth. Additionally, the kitchen is outdated, lacks enough cutlery, and there were no basic cleaning supplies available to wash the dishes.
All in all, a very disappointing stay that I would not recommend to anyone needing a minimum of comfort.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and I was able to arrange early check-in without any problems. For the price and taking into consideration that it was a Bank Holiday the room was more than adequate bearing in mind I was on my own.

Comfortable but pretty basic for £120/night
Pros:

It was very convenient for Pontcanna. The shower was excellent. Room 1 was at the back and it was quiet.
