Very nice budget hotel, great location, and good value for money. The hotel manager Mr Sunny was very friendly & helpful. I had a comfortable stay.

Pros:

The location can't be beat- close walking distance to Ilford station and near many restaurants, take aways and pubs. The owner/manager, Sunny, was personable and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and good value for the cost. Because the hotel is off of the main street, it's quiet.

Cons:

The standard room we booked was small, but adequate. If available, recommend booking a king room, which has more space, a refrigerator and microwave as well as the larger bed. Our bed had a comfortable mattress pad, but the mattress itself sagged somewhat in the middle. Pillows could have been plumper.

Pros:

The owner of the hotel is really friendly and ready to help. He was always available. There is a fridge and microwave which is one of the best things you will see in an hotel.

Odličan omjer cijene i kvalitete i dobra prometna povezanost s Londonom.
Pros:

Hotel 5 min.od metroa i više autobusa u malom ugodbom gradiću Ilford s puno kafića i mjesta za pojesti, kupiti voće i hranu.
Soba ugodna, topla, visok strop, udoban krevet, u kupaoni gel za tuširanje i pranje ruku, grijana kupaonica, cišćenje sobe i zamjena ručnika svaka 2 dana i na zahtjev, kuhalo, kava i čaj sa šećerom i mlijekom za broj dana boravka, keramičke šalice i čaše.

Cons:

Prozor moje sobe u prizemlju bio okrenut u sporednu ulicu u kojoj je škola pa su djeca bila glasna prolazeći ispod prozora.
Od 22 do 6h /6,30,h tiho a onda se čuli auti i gosti koji su išli na posao pa su lupali.

What a stinker.

Terrible stench in the room, like sewage or bad damp. Raised with reception. Management claims never to have had such a complaint before, which is very difficult to believe. The first time we’ve had such an experience on Booking.com. Will obviously never stay here again.
