The room was not the one I ask for and it was so dirty.
The girl at the top of the slide was smoking weed so my kids were not aloud to go down. The room had dirty hand prints on the wall and the room spelled bad
Cynthia and Maddie were FANTASTIC at the kids' dance parties! Cynthia is so full of energy and really gets into it and makes sure the kids have a great time!
I wished all the slides were open all day long.

The indoor "waterpark" was very small and not worth the money.
Convent area and a lot to do for the kids
The rooms had a bad odor and the carpet was soaking wet. The tv was terrible and would go in and out. There was no microwave in the room and with kids that’s unreal. They had one microwave in the hallway that everyone was trying to use and the time to heat anything up was double time. I’ve never been to a place especially with what we paid for a room not to have a microwave. The bed sheets were like a gritty material. The waterpark showed open 9am- 11 pm but closed nightly at 8. It seemed they didn’t have enough staff to work the areas.
The amenities for families were amazing!
The location was great, easy access to many things without dealing with too much traffic, the installation was awesome and the staff were very good. Our kids had a great time.
I believe they are short staff due to the closure of the outdoor pool and play pad. I understand the weather was an issue and the outside pool had to be close but, in the indoor pool the lifeguards had to switch back and forward between the slides area so it will be one close most of the time. The outdoor pool will close at 7:00pm, it shouldn't be that way and I hope that can get fix.
The water park was great.
The room had a smell that maybe came from the old carpet that should have been replaced a while ago.
