I love that they have activities all day long for the littles. Hotel room was comfortable, and clean. Staff is very helpful at all times.
Only one set washer and dryer for 7 floors.
I also think the tablets in the rooms might be a bad idea. Having small children. Should just stick with texting with most people using their phones for everything. An App for the property might be a better option.
Waterparks were great and lifeguards did an awesome job. Most staff were friendly and kind to the kids and even senior adults. Great location to all Smokies have to offer
No microwave in room the 1 microwave available on each floor wattage was very low and took forever to heat food and water. Housekeeping did not make beds nor ensure soap and lotion were refilled while there. Hallways and rooms also smelt like urine.
It was convenient restaurants on site to eat at. Don’t even have to leave the hotel. It was also clean and the workers were nice lots of activities for the kids to do arcade and also bowling.
Not really any complaints other than they should have something posted where kids don’t need zippers on bathing suits
Amazing place to stay! There was so much for the kids to do and plenty of activities. Beds were comfy, very clean, staff was very friendly. We will definitely be making another trip in the future.
Only thing that was a downfall is there was no microwave in the room you had to use the one in the hall.
We enjoyed our stay evening if it was for just two nights. Everything was great and the stuff was very nice and helpful.
Took my grandkids for some fun before school starts I picked this place because it had a water park so we didn't have to go somewhere to have fun. This will become a tradition it was awesome not just a water park there is fun activities throughout the day-evening everyone was so nice and the kids loved it.
