Property Description

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort is a family resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee with 314 rooms across three towers. The resort includes two waterparks — Braxton Beaver's Shipwreck Bay indoor waterpark (open year-round) and Cascades Waterpark (open seasonally) — plus a bowling alley, arcade, rock climbing wall, gem mine, six dining venues, and daily kids' activities. All waterpark access and resort amenities are included with every stay. Located less than 5 minutes from Dollywood.

Important information:

Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range.

Please note that a maximum of 8 rooms may be booked by a guest at one time. Contact hotel for details.

The properties require the credit card holder to present proper ID and the credit/debit card used to pay the first night's deposit at check-in.

Please note that parking during car shows is limited to 1 parking space per room. Contact the property for more information.

If the card holder will not be present at check-in, the property requires that the credit card holder complete a Credit Card Authorization form to be sent in advance of arrival.

Per our policies, we cannot rent a non-handicap room when a handicap room is required or requested.

The waterpark is open through mid -October. Parking is always limited to 1 space.

Kids loved the place. Us adults couldn’t take the constant banging of other kids all night.
Pros:

We loved the waterpark

Cons:

I paid for 3 but we left after 2. The constant running in the hallways and bouncing of what I assume was a basketball right above us until midnight she started again at 6am was too much. Nobody got any sleep.

Pros:

All the activities for the kids. Big shout out to the lady named Gabriela working the ice cream and wine station. She was AMAZING. She was so patient with my children and her personality was all around awesome. She definitely enjoys her job.

Cons:

Staff member at the candy shop was rude and acted like she hated not only kids asking her questions but her job in general. I want to say her name was possible Avery? I could be wrong. She had short black hair. We did not return because of her. So disappointing.

Overall, a good experience.
Pros:

Great amenities, clean, and staff was great

Cons:

Didn’t like that the outside slides were not open and that there were only two lifeguards at the indoor pool which resulted in only part of the pool slides being open indoors.

Perfect for a 4 year old birthday trip. She wants to be a mermaid so all the water activities were right up her alley

Awesome facility. Lots to do

Cons:

Outdoor pool was not heated as advertised
Also think check in should include I do about available activities at the facility. We learned as we went

Great place to visit with kids.
Pros:

The water park was great and they had a lot of activities to get the kids involved. Great location near the The Island.

Cons:

Not all of the food venues were open the weekend we were there ( the snack shack and taco place).
