Important information:

Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range.

Please note that a maximum of 8 rooms may be booked by a guest at one time. Contact hotel for details.

The properties require the credit card holder to present proper ID and the credit/debit card used to pay the first night's deposit at check-in.

Please note that parking during car shows is limited to 1 parking space per room. Contact the property for more information.

If the card holder will not be present at check-in, the property requires that the credit card holder complete a Credit Card Authorization form to be sent in advance of arrival.

Pros:

Everyone friendly. Great activities for the kids. Great arcade and snacks. Of course the water parks were great too

Cons:

Non working ice machines and vending machine’s. Washer/Dryers too difficult to use required down load to use ( data mining scham)

Very disappointed
Pros:

The staff was professional

Cons:

I understand construction but it was super dirty . I was too tired from a long trip to go back downstairs . The room had a dip and I tripped on it . The floor doesn’t appear to have been vacuumed in a while . The shower had someone’s hair in it . The ac barely worked . I felt like I stayed at a low quality hotel instead of what I paid for . Super disappointed in the quality.

Pros:

This is a great place for kids. The staff were fantastic. Pools and slides are fun. The food is good and I loved the café. Even the arcade was better than expected.

Cons:

Would have liked a microwave and coffee pot in the room.

Pros:

This was the 2nd time this year we have been to this resort, and we loved it even more this time. The staff was excellent, we were able to do a "soft check-in" before actual check in time and use the amenities. Then, when it was check in time, that process was absolutely flawless for us. Loved having the balcony in the summer time to sit out on.

Wonderful family vacation
Pros:

I liked that the property was in a good location. It was a clean well taken care of property. It had a parking lot that was easy to navigate. There was plenty to do at the property while staying there to keep little ones entertained.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.
