Very pleasant stay
Pros:

GREAT Customer service at front desk giving a map and drawing out the best/safest route to take walking to Civic Center, clean room, comfortable

Pros:

I COULDN’T stay there!!!!! I had requested a handicap room and when I arrived around 6:30 PM I went in and the very rude clerk said all she had were 3rd floor rooms and only stairs! What hotel in the 21st century has NO ELEVATOR!?! So I was left, at 70 years old, severe arthritis, with no room in a city post-hurricane with no room.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Nice to have a fridge in the room, and a working ice maker and vend
Pros:

The location was nice, but right next to the highway, we could hear the traffic.
The bathroom definitely could use updating. The parking lot at night in the rain, was an adventure.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. Would have liked a cereal offering like Cheerios, with less sugar. A waffle maker would have been amazing.

Pros:

The location and the price

Cons:

The front desk people were not the most kind or attentive. The cleaners were some of the nicest people I’ve encountered there. Every time I saw one of them, passed by, they were always asking me if I needed anything or just saying hello.
