All of the employees, from the receptionists, to the manager, to the custodial staff, were very kind, polite, efficient, discreet. The location cannot be beat. The bed had lots of pillows and was comfortable. The AC cool efficiently without being too loud. The room was well-insulated from exterior noise.
Day laborers were hanging out for several hours on their trucks, drinking beer and talking. They were not loud but it could be awkward, especially for women guests. I strongly suspect that they stole a pair of sneakers I had left at my door for just a few minutes while I ran to the office to get a replacement key. Thankfully the sneakers were cheap, very worn, and even more stinky so I hope whoever stole them enjoys. Even without that, women guests in particular might find some parts of the premises lonesome. The room was clean, but the lobby smelled and the grounds and stairwells had cigarette butts everywhere and generally lacked a sanitary appearance.
Fast Check In Friendly Staff
All Good
The staff was very accommodating, especially the night shift Lady when I arrived. She put me on the lower level in a room they normally keep in reserve. She wasn't even aware of the amount of stuff I had with me or that I have mobility issues and navigating all the step to the room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was going to be challenging, she also then proceeded to run around at 1:15 am to find me a remote for my TV. I wish I would have got her name.
thank you for what turned out to be a pleasant and safe stay. :)
nothing
Breakfast was simple, but good, room was VERY clean, and bed was very comfortable.
The pool and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was awful. Poor choices and microwaveable or toasted waffles . Raises bran or plain cornflakes. They had mini muffins but only blueberry and they crumbled everywhere when you tried to eat them because they were so dry. The pool could have stayed open longer. When you’re out sightseeing by the time you get back the kids only have an hour or two tops to play in the water.
The pool was great. Staff was friendly.
It was in great proximity to all things to do. The staff was pleasant and we always had clean sheets and towels. They asked if we needed any service everyday we were there. The pool was well kept and we did spend some time there in between activities.
The rooms floors could have been a tad bit cleaner, but I also understand it’s near a beach and sand can be a challenge to clean!
Honestly, nothing.
We got stuck in the elevator & the maintenance guy with no communication with us shut the doors fully. This cut off our oxygen supply & immediately it began to feel like it was suffocating. This was in July and it was hot. Upon getting out eventually the maintenance guy was an absolute jerk. The beds were tiny, I’m guessing full not queen. And the bathroom door also stuck because of the humidity & we ended up having to stop closing the door as we could not get out without immense force. Absolutely terrible experience.
I love the location and how peaceful it is considering the location.
I liked the cleanliness of the room. Price was good as well. Pool was clean
Lights went out like 3 times while we were there. Neighbors were loud both days. Only two washer and dryer setups.
I liked how close enough it was to the beach and for the price we paid. The staff were nice and very informative.
Breakfast could have had more options.
The room above us made noise all night long but that’s NOT the hotels fault at all.
Store rom, stort basseng
Frokosten. Kun kaffe, skiver, smør, syltetøy og grøt. Ingen egg, ingen juice.
Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to town restaurants and shops. It is dated but is clean with friendly staff. Biggest complaint for me is the mattress was hard and upstairs neighbor was noisy far into the night.
