いつも満足な滞在!
Pros:

以前も利用してとても良かったのでまたこちらのホテルを選びました。
観光には完璧な立地。スタッフの皆さんは親切で感じが良い。部屋は改装されたみたいで前よりも設備が新しくなっていて使い勝手が良く快適。アメニティー類も必要なものは全て揃っていて、シャンプーやリンス等は香りが良かった。
朝食はペストリー類の種類が豊富で美味しかったです。
以前と同じくラウンジには午後に飲み物が用意されており、暑い中少し立ち寄って冷たい飲み物を飲んで休めるのはとても助かりました。
またヴェローナに訪れる際には利用したいです。

Cons:

良くなかった点ではないのですが、古い館なので館内は段差がある場所があり、特に奥のお部屋に行くには階段(4～5段ですが)を登り降りする必要があります(そしてちょっと館内は迷路のようです)。
なので足の不自由な方は予約の時に階段を利用しなくて良い位置のお部屋をリクエストされた方が良いと思います。

Понравился номер. Расположение. Удобства.

Cons:

Утром на завтраке не успевали убирать столики. Не возможно юыло. Заказать кофе. Вообще не реагировали на мои обращения. Так как не было автомата для кофе.

Beautiful hotel in heart of Verona
Pros:

Location is exceptional - just a short walk to all the highlights. Hotel is beautiful, staff really friendly and helpful and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was also gorgeous - I'd highly recommend.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in the hub of Verona.
Staff were friendly and helpful. A wide vatiety of food for breakfast. Gym was clean. Room was spacious and bed was very confortable.
