Classy , clean and elegant.
Pros:

Superbly tasteful in every way.
Rooms clean comfortable and spacious.
Bedding spotless.
Position very central for highlights of verona and in the heart of fine shopping area. Great private underground parking facilities just round corner which hotel will organise and member of staff will take you there to open security gates for you .
Staff by the way are great and very accommodating.
Breakfasts are more than acceptable.

Parfait
Pros:

Superbe : une équipe adorable, un super emplacement avec le service au top pour le parking en centre-ville, très belle chambre confortable et super propre, super petit déjeuner. . Emplacement formidable pour faire tout à pieds. Vérone est magnifique. Super expérience, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.

Lovely hotel but a little more "human touch" would help!
Pros:

Great building, lovely welcome pomegranate drink (which was indeed very welcome after a sweaty walk from the railway station).
The hotel porters were lovely and very attentive - and for me they were friendlier and more welcoming than the receptionists on the check in desk.
Breakfast was very good: when I pointed out (to an Italian!) that Americano coffee is not filter coffee they immediately made me a proper Americano.
Room felt plush and comfortable.

Cons:

As implied, I felt the front desk staff could have been friendlier.
Everything else was good.

Hotel excelente! Melhor opção em Verona!
Pros:

Hotel lindíssimo, amplo, muito bem decorado, quarto extremamente confortável, muitas amenidades de qualidade, atendimento gentilíssimo de todos, café da manhã delicioso e com enorme variedade. Localização perfeita, no coração da elegante e linda Verona!

Uitzonderlijk in alle opzichten.
Pros:

Zonder twijfel een van de beste hotels wereldwijd waar ik al ooit verbleven heb. Uitzonderlijk. Perfecte locatie, wondermooi hotel met uiterst professioneel personeel.

Pros:

Awesome Location - 11/10. best location you can get in Verona. You reach the arena and casa giulietta in 5 min by foot. Very friendly staff. gym inclusive. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Private parking available but you have to go with someone from the staff.

If you are going to Verona- would highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Great location - easy walk to the arena, piazzas, shops etc. Staff were excellent, helpful, knowledgeable. Breakfast was lovely and the welcome drink (Prosecco) a really nice touch
