Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht.
Sekt Empfang war schön.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Die Dachterrasse wurde umgebaut und stand uns nicht zur Verfügung dass war sehr ärgerlich sowie das Gym.
Hervorragende Lage zum Erben Platz und zur Arena. Mit Auto einfach zu erreichen, obwohl mitten in der verkehrsberuhigten Zone.
Parken in der Parkgarage und Zugang zum Auto nur mit Personal möglich.
Joli hôtel à l'ancienne. Decoration soignée, bonne literie , excellent petit déjeuner. Le garage privé est un plus. Le personnel est très efficace.
Une piscine en plus aurait été géniale vu la chaleur récente. Mais compliqué dans un bâtiment ancien j'imagine.

L accueil professionnel et attentif , un parking à quelques mètres .. chambre très spacieuse et très bien entretenue.. un vrai hôtel .. le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux
Peut être revoir la fraîcheur des fruits coupés comme ananas et melon .. à faire vraiment au dernier moment …

Excellent location, staff very welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, clean with lots of little extras that make a difference, also very quiet with no street noise at night. Breakfast was very varied and fresh, overall an excellent experience and would stay there again… thank you!
Impossible to be more centrally located: Lovely room with street view plus an interior court yard seating, secured private hotel garage just around the corner, very nice breakfast buffet, very friendly staff.
More flexiblity with our request for a 1,5 hour late check out would have been nice and certainly doable.
