Cons:

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay, especially if you are a non-smoker.

Although the location is convenient, the overall condition and cleanliness of the property were disappointing. The facilities appeared poorly maintained, and the room showed significant signs of wear. The bed was very small, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sheets and bedding were torn. To make matters worse, the bed linens did not appear to be clean when we checked in.

I specifically booked a room in the non-smoking section, but that made no difference. Many of the guests in the surrounding rooms were smoking cigarettes and marijuana throughout our stay. The smell was constant and frequently entered our room, making it very unpleasant.

Overall, the poor cleanliness, deteriorated room conditions, uncomfortable bed, and persistent smoke odor made this a disappointing experience. I I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, quiet, and smoke-free environment.

Great stay with one small exception.
Pros:

Everything was great, but the floor in the room was very dirty.

Cons:

The room floor was very dirty. They are not carpeted, which is okay if clean... but I t was not. Walking in bare feet caused the soles of our feet to become full of dirt & grit.

Pros:

This was a great hotel with great service.

Cons:

Water kept coming up between the flooring so we just kept a towel down.

The maids would not service our room since we had a dog, even with our dog caged. We were told the "Jamaican " would not go in a room with a dog.
