The staff!! I wanted to ask to input my rewards number to the room. The member at the desk was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She never did but in the rewards number

Not the Hilton You Expect
Pros:

View of airport.

Cons:

Room was dated , smelled like a sour dish rag in bathroom . AC didn't work properly . Almost no lighting in the rooms . Pool was very dirty ..I would not stay here again . Very disappointing and sick was stopped up in bathroom .

Pros:

John the bellman was excellent as always. Always a bright end to a day of travel. Lucky to have him as the 1st face you see. He represents the Hilton well
Th restaurant food is amazing and not just hotel food
Room was clean and comfortable
Have never been disappointed at this Hilton

Thank You For Your Hospitality
Pros:

It was my husband's and my first time at Hilton Atlanta Airport. Right away, hospitality was awesome!! The concierge, John, is a wholesome gentleman and just makes your day. He'll make you feel right at home. Check in was really smooth, too. I really appreciate the staff and their wonderful service.
