Cerca al aeropuerto, buen transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto (debes ir hasta Ground transportation y buscar C6-C8) y el bus pasa cada 15 min. Muy mal la actitud de casi todos las personas de “atención al cliente”, no les importa nada los problemas. Los fines de semana el desayuno (que es solo grasa y azúcar) lo sirven hasta las 10 am y no hasta las 11 am como decían en el mensaje del mismo hotel, y no les importa nada cuando uno hace el reclamo. Los baños públicos son un asco 🤮, las personas de aseo afuera viendo el teléfono y baño sucio, que desagradable. La habitación es grande y confortable, pero la atención del personal es terrible.

The rooms were beautiful. The staff was nice. The location was very convenient to the airport.
The pillows were too hard on the bed

We arrived just after 11pm after a 20 hour journey. Restaurant and bar closed. Shutters down on the Lobby convenience shop. Zero room service after 11pm and nothing to eat or drink in the room.
