Not the Hilton You Expect
Pros:

View of airport.

Cons:

Room was dated , smelled like a sour dish rag in bathroom . AC didn't work properly . Almost no lighting in the rooms . Pool was very dirty ..I would not stay here again . Very disappointing and sick was stopped up in bathroom .

Pros:

John the bellman was excellent as always. Always a bright end to a day of travel. Lucky to have him as the 1st face you see. He represents the Hilton well
Th restaurant food is amazing and not just hotel food
Room was clean and comfortable

Pros:

It was my husband's and my first time at Hilton Atlanta Airport. Right away, hospitality was awesome!! The concierge, John, is a wholesome gentleman and just makes your day. He'll make you feel right at home. Check in was really smooth, too. I really appreciate the staff and their wonderful service.

Thank you John at Concierge
Pros:

We stayed here to quickly get to the scheduled interviews for Global Entry. John was at the concierge desk and tremendously helpful with our luggage, when and how to catch the shuttle and where best to park our car, etc. The women at the check-in desk were very busy — John made himself available and was happy to help all that approached him. We were very grateful.
