Pros:

Great loacation about a 2 minute walk to the tower and you can access the roof top at any time to see the view over the tower. Room was a decent size with plenty of storage. Good selection at breakfast with gluten free bread available and friendly staff. Nice selection of toiletries provided

Cons:

The only plug socket was behind the bedroom, really could do with more. The hotel is quite dated and could do with some upgrades but didnt effect stay

Great, for location, very basic for the amount charged.
Pros:

Location was great, close to the sights and close to all public transport. Roof top bar very nice.

Cons:

Needed a bit of a face lift, and a bit of paint here and there.
I would say more 3 star not 4, not even coffee making facilities in the rooms, rooms are tied for the cost, and the showers are very small.

I had a very nice suite that was very comfortable, the hotel is located right next to the tower, and minutes away from many businesses.

Cons:

The hallways felt a little bit eerie sometimes, maybe brighter lights may help.

We loved the location, so central to everything, and the view from the rooftop Terrace was very special as we arrived at 8 pm and saw the tower for the first time. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and looked after our bags for us when we went to Lucca for two days. Highly recommend.

Hard to beat - Great Location, Great Views, Great staff
Pros:

Great location, great staff, good breakfast, rooftop had some fantastic views

Cons:

One of the rooftop restaurant staff seemed to be great with people eating but a bit less welcoming to residents just having a drink maybe an off night (but that was our personal experience)
