Pros:

Everything, beautiful views, fab staff and a huge shout out to Romeo R who runs the shuttle service for the hotel to the airport, he is one in a million and nothing is too much trouble!

It is a decent hotel in an excellent if noisy location but is a bit basic when it comes to the facilities.
Pros:

Location. It is a few minutes walk to the Tower and the other monuments.
The street in front of the hotel is lined with numerous restaurants.
The room was clean.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

The street in front of the hotel is noisy. My family and I stayed in rooms 108 and 109 facing the street and the noise continued well into the night and delivery and street cleaning vehicles were noisy from about 6am.
The rooms do not have tea and coffee making facilities nor facial tissues.

Great location,great rooftop bar but...
Pros:

Nice sized room, great location for tower. Roof terrace bar with stunning views... we watched the sunset

Cons:

Some of restuarant staff need further training, i had a prawn starter in a broth really needed a finger bowl and spoon, we had to send the duck back as overcooked and tough

Amazing staff went out of the way to help us with a missing passport from taxi.

Walking distance to everything
Perfect location


Only draw back was the pillows
Very thin n hard. Uncomfortable to sleep with those

Next time I atay I’ll bring my pillows.

Fabulous stay at a fabulous hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

Everything- we love its faded grandeur and have stayed several times over the years.

Cons:

Some of the communal hallways outside the rooms could do with being freshened up-some of it is just old.

Pros:

Great location near the Tower. Very clean with a good breakfast. The staff are extremely helpful. E10 taxi from the Centrale station. Highly recommended.

Our air-conditioning was not cooling very well so it may be an issue in summer??
