Cons:

Struttura vecchia e tenuta piuttosto male. Assimilabile a un tre stelle e niente di più. La rete del materasso e la poltrona imbottita decisamente sporche. Un peccato davvero, data la posizione.

Great for a short stay, excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location. Right outside there are numerous restaurants, two shops if you need necessities, and then at the end of the street, the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Rooftop terrace has stunning views too. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before we moved on. I really couldn’t fault anything about our stay.

Cons:

Not a big issue for us as we stayed for 2 nights and it didn’t ruin our experience, but for those who care the decor was super outdated.

Leider sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.

Abgesehen von dem sehr freundlichen Servicepersonal war das vermutlich das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir je waren.

Cons:

Kurz gesagt: Es ist einfach nur laut. Draußen bis 01:00 Uhr und ab 06:00 Uhr. Drinnen rund um die Uhr. Die Pappwände und die fehlende Schalldämmung der Fenster sorgen für einen Urlaub mit Stresspegel.
Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass wir schon eins der ruhigeren Zimmer hätten.

Die Dusche erinnert an einen Ferienbesuch bei Oma und allgemein gleichen die Zimmer eher einer Jugendherberge als einem Hotel. Auch wenn die Lage in Ordnung ist, würden wir hier keinen Fuß mehr reinsetzen wollen. Es ist ja auch nicht gerade günstig.

Das Frühstück war auch ernüchternd. Mit den Brötchen kann man Fenster einwerfen, die Eier sind nicht frisch und allgemein gibt es mehr Süskram als ein gesundes Frühstück.

A very comfortable stay in a central location. This was my third stay and I’ll be happy to return.

Cons:

Not much really. Our room had no view but we didn’t mind - it was very hot and we were happy with the air conditioning.

Che delusione tornare dopo anni in un bell'hotel così decaduto!
Pros:

Staff molto gentile, nonostante la mia camera non coincidesse inizialmente con la prenotazione effettuata. Cambio camera molto rapido. Le uniche parti positive dell'hotel sono quelle accessorie: cocktail lounge con relativo panorama, posizione in centro città, etc.

Cons:

Hotel da rinnovare completamente. In un quattro stelle di antica tradizione, non è accettabile che la doccia sia interna ad una vasca da bagno scomodissima, così come non è accettabile che in una camera doppia sia presente solo un microscopico tavolino senza lampada per lavorare al computer. Letto rumoroso.
Dulcis in fundo, la porta della stanza era palesemente danneggiata ad altezza serratura, con chiusura a chiave funzionante a metà.
