Fantastisk udsigt til det skæve tårn fra værelse på 4.sal.
Udsigten fra skybar/ restaurant var imponerende. Maden var veltilberedt.
Hotellets beliggenhed er perfekt.

Cons:

Værelse og faciliteter var slidte og hotellet trænger generelt til en gennemgribende renovering. Det har haft sin storhedstid.

The location was fantastic by the Pisa Tower. Its located in a street full of restaurants and shops.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und jegliche Wünsche wurden von allen erfüllt. Besonders die Betreuung der Garage war hervorragend.
Die Lage des Hotels fast direkt am Schiefen Turm ist nicht zu überbieten.
Das Restaurant auf dem Dach mit Blick über die Altstadt ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Essen schmackhaft. Frühstück gut.
Das Zimmer hinten hinaus war absolut ruhig, groß und angenehm.

Cons:

Sehr zu kritisieren sind die Pappbecher als Zahnputz- und Trinkbecher, die auch nach mehreren Tagen nicht ausgewechselt wurden und die durchweichten und alles auf dem Nachttisch einsauten. Entspricht nicht dem sonstigen Niveau des Hotels!

Lokalizacja, miły personel, piękny widok z tarasu.

Cons:

Brak w pokoju herbaty, kawy. Materac na podwójnym łóżku składał się z dwóch pojedynczych co jest bardzo niewygodne.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Great location and have a shuttle service to the airport for €20. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant.

Needs a little updating and new pictures in rooms and corridors.
