Location was great. Easy to get to/from the train station and airport and right around the corner from the duomo and tower.
Lots of places to eat on the same street.
Shuttle service available to airport, can be booked at reception.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel is a bit dated, could really do with an upgrade and redecorating.
Room wasn't as clean as it should have been, but it wasn't bad enough to ask to move rooms as we were only there for 2 nights.
The shower leaked water everywhere but the bathroom was a wet room so there was a drain in the middle of the floor for water to go.

they did not allow me to enter with car in ztl even though i was the one that booked this hotel for my clients, i took them there and picked them up and paid the full bill. never happened to me in other cities. the staff response was unbelievable. i needed to stay at the hotel in order for them to do that!!! Just ridiculous

A bit old
De locatie van het hotel is perfect gelegen. Dichtbij de toren van Pisa met een prachtig uitzicht op het 5de verdiep. Dit verdiep is zeer modern met een mooi restaurant (we hebben hier wel niet avondgegeten). Het hotel zelf is wel sterk verouderd maar je ziet nog wel de oude grandeur. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden voor 1 nachtje Pisa voor we de rest van Toscane gingen verkennen.
Er was 1 deur tussen ons & de kamer naast ons, waardoor we de kinderen van de buren ‘s nachts hoorden wenen. Dit was vermoedelijk een familiekamer die met onze kamer kon uitgebreid worden. Hier kon het hotel niets aan doen, maar we verkiezen wel een apart afgesloten kamer.
Centrally located hotel, near the cathedral and leaning tower ( could both be seen from the wonderful cocktail bar and restaurant on the top floor. Staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. Standard room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend.
