Birthday last minute miracles.
Pros:

I made a last minute decision to stay over in new york to experience more of it. The staff was super nice and helpful. I had the experience of a lifetime looking over the city on a very high floor. Breathtaking views and wonderful facilities. Something that I didn't think was possible. The staff made me feel safe and secure while in their building. Which made my old over round, feeling of having the best time in new york possible. I appreciate the staff so much. I couldn't have asked for a better time. Especially on such a last minute notice.

Cons:

The price is steep. But worth it.

My stay at the The Luxury Collection Hotel Manhattan Midtown was exceptional from start to finish, and what truly set it apart was the level of service.

Jason McGrath-Budharam ensured everything was perfectly arranged prior to arrival, including a high-floor suite with stunning Central Park views. Everything was executed exactly as promised, which speaks volumes about the attention to detail.

Ivana made the arrival experience seamless. She was attentive, professional, and proactive in making sure my early check-in request was handled smoothly.

As an Elite Bonvoy member, I’ve come to appreciate when a property truly recognizes loyalty, and this hotel absolutely delivered. Shortly after arrival, they sent up a thoughtful welcome amenity that included a bottle of champagne, charcuterie, fresh strawberries with chocolate dip, and sparkling water. It was a classy and generous touch that really elevated the entire experience.

This is hospitality done right. Jason and Ivana understand what it means to take care of their guests, and it shows in every detail.

I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a true luxury experience in New York City.

Pros:

This is a full service luxury hotel. We went out for the evening, came back to water glasses, bottled water and chocolate on the night stand. The cost of the hotel reflects the location but in the end it was worth it. My family enjoyed our stay.
