Location was ideal.
Air conditioner, too dark, noisy, beds not neat, noisy refrigerator, . Promised HVAC repair never happened.
The view was wonderful. The room was big, the bed was great and the bathroom was clean. One young staff member who worked the morning shift was very kind amd made me feel at home
I got to hotel early (1am) and had to sleep on the couch four hours because they said there were no rooms available for early check in. That was not the issue. I clearly had a reservation so they could have offered me a blanket and/or pillows when they saw me freezing instead they just watched me suffer. I did end up getting sick a few days later.

It’s on the water. But we didn’t have a water view.
We were at the front of the building. We had a lot of street noise and people slamming doors all night. I will always request a room on the back from now on.
This was a creepy issue that I realized when I tried to look out the peep hole from the room and it didn’t work I couldn’t see anything but low and behold I open the door go outside the door and anyone from the out side can peep into the room it was reversed !! How long has this been like this !! How was this not noticed before !! As a man with kids this is Unacceptable!! Beside the fact the shower temperature was extremely different to regulate !! The room was modern but overall creeped out !!!
Staff was amazing.......I hear that through friends... I have a feeling owners do not take care of their staff.
To see the staff work sooo hard to make the guests comfortable, but they are not provided much in the way of things to work with. Curtains at windows of the the ground floor front, were ratty looking. Unkempt, not hanging uniformly....a horrible first impression for me.
We are a retired couple and stayed on July 15th to visit our granddaughter in Norfolk.
Check in was so easy and the gentleman at the front desk was delightful, so friendly and amusing!!
Our room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable.
We decided to have a beer and glass of wine at the bar during happy hour and the two young ladies bartending were just so nice and attentive!!
This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. It was a quiet, relaxing stay with a wonderful staff !!
