This is our favortie place to stay when visiting the area.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The ice machine on my floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor.

Pros:

The location was great and the lobby was beautiful. Unfortunately, it went downhill after that.

Cons:

Our linens were moldy/mildewed and disgusting. They brought us new ones and they looked the same. We ended up driving to Target to buy our own. I did not expect this poor level of service from a Hilton. The front desk contacted housekeeping, but we never heard from management and no compensation was ever offered for these poor accommodations.

In addition, the glass shower door fell off the hinges, which could have been quite dangerous. Maintenance came in, but didn’t fix it properly. Hopefully they fixed it before the next guest.

The chair in the room by the window had stains in the seat. I can only imagine what that was so we couldn’t sit there. Overall, the place was in great need of attention and repair.

I won't stay there again. I won't recommend it for others.
Pros:

Location was ideal.

Cons:

Air conditioner, too dark, noisy, beds not neat, noisy refrigerator, . Promised HVAC repair never happened.

Great room
Pros:

The view was wonderful. The room was big, the bed was great and the bathroom was clean. One young staff member who worked the morning shift was very kind amd made me feel at home

Cons:

I got to hotel early (1am) and had to sleep on the couch four hours because they said there were no rooms available for early check in. That was not the issue. I clearly had a reservation so they could have offered me a blanket and/or pillows when they saw me freezing instead they just watched me suffer. I did end up getting sick a few days later.

Fairly good.
Pros:

It’s on the water. But we didn’t have a water view.

Cons:

We were at the front of the building. We had a lot of street noise and people slamming doors all night. I will always request a room on the back from now on.
