It was convenient to the airport and had a free shuttle to the airport and back.

Cons:

It appears to have been a Hampton In. That is being converted to a Comfort Inn. In Sept 2026 it was in renovation. It was just okay. My room was a handicapped room which I didn’t ask for or mind but the bed was low to the floor. Like maybe 15-18 inches off the floor. It was only acceptable on cleanliness. I probably won’t stay there again.

Great Staff & Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They checked me in early which did require I sign up for their free points program for Choice hotels, but I didn't mind that. And they put me in a king bed room instead of a queen. They also arranged for me the free airport shuttle the next morning which went perfectly. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

The outside and interior is not much to look at and needs work. And there were areas of the bathroom that needed to be dusted, like the shelf under the sink. But for the low price and the convenience to the airport, it was exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but was acceptable.

I would take a 2nd look in the area next time for a hotel that was not a Choice Hotel.
Pros:

The proximity to Eggs N'at where we had a hot breakfast both mornings of our stay.

Cons:

When we drove up to the hotel at 9:00pm, the first night, the outdoor lights were off, it looked closed, and unsafe. The door to our room would not lock from the outside, so we wondered if the room was unsafe when we went to breakfast the first morning when we departed the room. We did not notice this dilemma until we left for dinner the 2nd night. We informed the desk clerk who tried to reset the door lock, but was unsuccessful. She placed us into a new room down the hall for the 2nd night. Scary, heh? The rooms were clean, but the 2nd night room (which we were switched to for night #2) had a leak in the tub faucet. Kind of annoying. The first room we had for our stay had a tub drain that would not allow water to flow freely, so when we showered, we were basically standing in a puddle of dirty water as we cleaned up, also annoying.

Pros:

We drove up from Alabama a burn and turn trip to drop the nephew off at RMU. The school was less than a mile, food places every where. There was a sandwich shop across the road Priminti Bros or something EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly rooms were up to date amd ready to Sleep!

Cons:

Only thing was my dad is 81 and road up with us. He is a drama queen about a free breakfast at a hotel! Haha BUT he expects the room to be $29.99 with a golden corral style buffet. They only have a "hot" breakfast on the weekends. BUT the have Hot oatmeal make your own waffles etc. So I was a bit confused I guessed dad was mad the didn't have a egg Benedict haha...Also breakfast runs like 4am to 10 I believe that late because of everyone catching flights

Very nice!
Pros:

Modern looking rooms, I counted, it has 10 different lights in the room, you can choose your mood.

Cons:

The toilet and shower could use updating like the rest of the room. Also the Holiday Inn signage marks where still visible so I couldn't exactly tell I was at the right location.
