Worth the money
Pros:

The very friendly and attentive staff. It was very conveniently close to the airport without the airport noise.

Cons:

The loose flooring in some areas of the hotel. I understand it was under renovation, but safety is a must. The beds were too soft as well.

A work in progress ✨️
Pros:

A work in progress, remodeling and moving forward with better newer materials. Shuttle was good. Landscaping was good. Mostly clean. Staffing was very friendly and helpful. One of the top hotels we've stayed at this year. Ranking at the top. Seems like they have their ducks in order. Ongoing remodeling that's a plus. Usually im a critic about being vary judgemental about hotels and my reviews are usually more downgrading than happy. However im really imprest about this hotels outcome.

Cons:

I know you're in the process of remodeling. However, the parking is confusing, the toilets need to be chair height one piece. The breakfast varieties needs to be hot. Elevators needs updated or remodeling. Beds and pillows needs to be more of a 4 star level. These are not comfortable in any way. Even those being new are cheapest. Not comfortable 😕 Your trees need trimming. Limbs are low. If you want to know what's wrong with your hotel, just ask whoever is staying there.

Pros:

Location was good, price wasn’t horrible, room decent

Cons:

The AC fan was super noisy, the 2 employees I talked to didn’t mention I had to sign up for the airport shuttle-I found out the morning of my flight when I needed to leave

Pros:

Relative to what I needed of the room, it was convenient and complete. I expected less, based on experience of comparably priced places I have stayed.

Cons:

The management staff seems spread thinly but they try to not let this affect customer experience. Housekeeping and food service show no fault.

Benefit of the doubt but if it's not much better next year, we'll stay elsewhere moving forward.
Pros:

Location is great, have stayed here annually the last few years.

Cons:

I understand the property was sold and is in transition but no TV and the room wasn't great. The soap/lotion is fixed to the vanity, which is fine, but one bottle had been pulled off the wall and just left there with the double stick tape still on the wall. I paid the same rate as usual, the accommodations did not reflect that.

Pros:

Nos colocaram em um quarto reformado, esta muito bonita a decoração, conforto e limpeza. Valeu a pena por um estadia rapida entre voos. Oferecem tambem shuttle to aeroporto para o hotel, muito conveniente. Pegamos o nosso shuttle as 4h da manhã. O staff do lobby era muito atencioso.

Cons:

Apenas detalhes mas a renovação do hotel precisa se estender para o lobby e elevadores.

Great value, very convenient.
Pros:

We loved the complimentary shuttle. The drivers were very friendly and went above and beyond to provide insight to the area. The reception staff were also very friendly and the breakfast was good. Everything was very clean. While the room doors are still being sorted, the rooms themselves were spacious and very clean, and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The close location to the airport was very convenient and there are several restaurants or places to eat within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The hotel has just changed hands and is still making some adjustments to things like doors. We had to get our keys redone and the door lock fixed but once that was done, all was great. The front staff were super friendly and helpful.

Safe and comfortable...
Pros:

Newly remodeled room. Very comfortable. Great tv, USB ports, nice shower and pet friendly which was awesome for us.

Cons:

On the outside very dated. Needs lot's of pavement, concrete and misc work. Bottom's of railings in the back where rotted away. Wasn't sure about this hotel when we first pulled up, but the staff and room were great. Looks like they are still currently remodeling. I would definitely stay here again.

Flight was canceled so spent one night there and slept like a log very briefly.
Pros:

Shuttle to airport. Super kind front desk staff! Traveler toothpaste!

Cons:

Shower/bathtub didn’t stop tripping all night. Toilet gurgled. Room felt a tad too dark.
