Perfect hotel for that holiday feel :)
Pros:

I stayed in one of the privilege suites with a view of the waterfront and it was absolutely stunning. The decor, the air con, the mini fridge, the Nespresso coffee machine and the huuuuge bed made it feel luxurious for the price. There were even free cotton pads and an eco toothbrush wrapped in little brown paper packets. I cant fault the place. The building was beautiful, inside and out, and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s also a 4 minute walk to Moorfields station, so super convenient. Will definitely be staying any time I’m in Liverpool :)

Cons:

My only issue was a little bit of dirt build up around the shower and that the air con unit could use a dusting as it was blowing the odd bit out

Poor experience, don’t like leaving poor reviews but there was quite a lot of issues that I cannot ignore and was not wo
Pros:

The location was useful. Walking distance to Albert Docks and the city centre

Cons:

The property is outdated. 2 out of the 3 lifts were out of order and offered no complimentary to customers for inconvenience. The lift held around 4 people max and with luggage as well meant customers had a long wait to get up and down the floors of the hotel.
In our room the tiles in the bathroom were very loose and could easily fall and smash and the floor. The air vents were extremely dusty so when putting the air conditioning on, set off dust allergies. You can’t open the windows in the room so the air conditioning unit was the only way to let air into the room especially in warm weather.
I flagged these issues to reception and raise the complaint. Was told they would contact me within 24 hours but not heard a thing and been waiting over 48hrs
