Convenient for ferry the next day
Only one lift working and we were on the 11th floor. Had to wait,sometimes a considerable time, before it came
Optional room service - no clean towels or clean cups and saucers
It was great, close to the centre and nice and clean.
The only negative was 2/3 of the lifts didn’t work and took ages to come.
The location was perfect with an amazing view of the liver building and the Mersey.
The room is a little dated and worn through use but the bed was comfortable and it was suitable for a two night stay.
Very convenient to explore Liverpool
Out of three lifts only one was working. This being the high season!
Great location with docks just across the road. They accommodated 3 of us travelling in same floor and gave a complimentary upgrade. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. The room upgrade was amazing so spacious and massive bed. The shower was massive and lovely view of the dock. This is my 3rd stay at Atlantic tower and every time they go above and beyond.

الفندق كامل يعمل بمصعد واحد فقط واثنين معطله تماما طوال فترة الاقامه مما اضطرنا للانتظار في الصعود والنزول اوقات طويله وفي بعض الاحيان تم استخدام السلالم للصعود والنزول 8 طوابق
Being right on front of docks .beautiful place the scenery was good
Just no window to open .
Another lovely stay. But 2 out of 3 lifts was brook. So waiting for lift for a while. I’d of used stairs but am I’d not long had surgery on foot. Other then that another lovely stay

Nos cobraron por dejar el equipaje guardado, no es necesario puesto que tomamos noches en reserva.
Great location, friendly helpful staff.
The only problem was only one in three lifts was working, meaning we had to walk down eleven floors of stairs when we wished to check out. However I appreciate this is a temporary problem and the staff were very apologetic
Overnight car parking was excellent at £14 for 24 hours and was just around the corner from the hotel in a secure area
The hotel location next to the Liver building was sensational, especially with our room overlooking it. Hotel is walking distance to the city centre, so very good

Had to keep A/C on all night to keep the room cool for sleeping
