Great location, opposite the Liverpool Building. Staying for work so needed good vfm and convenient for a conference.
Rooms seen better days and not cleaned every day. Slight smell of smoke in the room. Facilities limited but comfortable and no problems during stay.

polite staff and parking is nearby. I love the view from my 11th-floor room. The room smells clean on arrival. Location is best for this hotel.
The pillows are worn out; all the bits of the pillow are so worn out that its fibers are clinging to the pillowcase. I know because I wanted to remove the cover, but I didn't when I saw the pillow fibers coming out. I can't get the bed covers, and the pillowcases are old and rough. I requested a clean on the 2nd day of my stay, but it was not done. Cleaning was done on our 3rd day. The breakfast food isn't very good quality; it tastes stale. Could have been better for that price.

ik kom aan ingecheckt en de volgende dag blijk ik uitgecheckt. Iedere ochtend aan het ontbijt was ik niet bekend. Wachttijden bij de ligt enorm lang en dus enorm frustrerend als iedere keer je kaart niet werkt om binnen in je kamer te kunnen
Location was good. Close to the docks. Staff were friendly and check out was easy. Amazing views from the 2nd floor terrace.
The bar was extremely expensive and so was the food. They have no phones on the rooms so had to use my mobile to call reception. Unable to cast to the TV so no Netflix etc… only terrestrial TV channels. I was also overcharged for the room so I had to go to reception and argue they tried to tell me it was a country tax. The manager eventually came though, and this was refunded to my card.

Good location. Most of the staff were really friendly.
When I first tried checking in I was too early by an hour or so. The guy on the desk kind of sent me off with a flea in my ear. The paintwork is pretty tired and the original window outside the double glazing in my room was hanging off it's hinges and rotten. The iron blasted a rusty mess onto my white shirt when I tried ironing it in the morning.
