Great place for a family vacation
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and courteous and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The ice machine was out of service, the microwave was outside the room, no shower cap and they definitely needed to change the carpet.

It's clean to stay overnight but not a place I waould want to stay for a few days to enjoy amenities.
Pros:

Location was great. Near downtown, shops and day spas.

Cons:

Bartender was a little rude and sassy. Rooms were dated with broken hardware and rotted baseboards in bathroom.

Pros:

I loved everything about my visit, especially the view from our balcony.

Cons:

I obviously understand there needs to be a clean pool but the bleach was too much on the pool it burned our eyes a bit.

Head concierge Mr Gordie
Pros:

I want to start of by saying Mr Gordie is amazing!!!! I have been to many hotels and have never been treated with such wonderful hospitality. Mr Gordie went above and BEYOND to assist our family. Our short vacation at Renaissance in Palm Springs will be forever memorable due to Mr Gordie’s attention to our needs. Whenever we plan our next trip to Palm Springs it Will definitely be at the Renaissance. THANK YOU GORDIE.

We will not be going back
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property and close to everything however….

Cons:

It has beef declining in cleanliness. We have been going here for over 10 years and lately it’s not getting cleaned properly and some of the staff does not care to hear your concerns. The rooms are clean but the hallways and common areas and the pool area are always dirty.

It was great at the pool but the rooms need a little tlc.
Pros:

Good location and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The hand towels were dirty and they should need to put enough body towels in the room to accommodate the number of guests.
The tissue box had 3 tissues in the box.
Lack of housekeeping.

Horrible hotel experience in Palm Springs.
Pros:

Worst hotel experience I’ve had. DO NOT STAY HERE. Literally any other hotel in Palm Springs is better. Horrible service, dirty pool, would not recommend at all.

Cons:

My room had problem with dirty water coming up from sink and manager foesnt know how to deduct taxes for diplomat. Tax excemption from food, restaurant. Then didnt eat there...sadly no chance of manager to try to look or ask higher manager...
