L'aspetto migliore dell'hotel è sicuramente la posizione: è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, al lungomare, ai ristoranti e ai negozi. Da questo punto di vista è davvero comodo e permette di avere tutto a pochi passi.

Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato sufficiente, ma ritengo che la struttura abbia bisogno di un importante rinnovamento per essere davvero all'altezza delle 4 stelle che dichiara.

Sinceramente, questo hotel non mi è sembrato un vero **4 stelle**. Personalmente gli darei al massimo **3 stelle**.

Il personale della reception è stato corretto, ma l'accoglienza è risultata piuttosto fredda e poco calorosa. Mi sarei aspettato maggiore ospitalità.

**L'area della reception** avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata: i divani sono molto vecchi e usurati, alcuni addirittura in vimini e visibilmente consumati, dando una prima impressione non all'altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle.

La camera era di dimensioni adeguate e pulita, ma l'aria condizionata era molto datata. Fortunatamente funzionava e riusciva a raffreddare la stanza, ma l'impianto appare davvero vecchio.

Anche la piscina mi ha deluso. Sembra una piscina rimasta invariata da molti anni, senza alcun ammodernamento. Inoltre, l'acqua non mi è sembrata limpida come dovrebbe essere in un hotel di questa categoria e dava l'impressione di contenere troppo cloro.

Un'altra sorpresa negativa è stata la mancanza degli asciugamani per la piscina. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile averne uno, ma mi è stato risposto che l'hotel non ne dispone. In tutti gli altri hotel a 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato questo servizio era sempre disponibile.

Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato sufficiente, ma ritengo che la struttura abbia bisogno di un importante rinnovamento per essere davvero all'altezza delle 4 stelle che dichiara.
