Hotel precioso.
Pros:

Hotel precioso. Cerca de todo, pero a la vez en una calle muy tranquila. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno. Nos encantó.

Excelente todooo, el personal fue demasiado amable, en especial destaco la atención de Justin en la recepción. Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue amena gracias al personal, la atención, las instalaciones y la comida. Volvería cada vez que tenga la oportunidad de visitar Cartagena y sin duda lo recomendaría.

Pool, location and staff 10/10. Cleanliness 5/10
Pros:

I loved the pool, the staff and the location

Cons:

I didn’t like that my room didn’t have a window. The sheets were changed but the bed was made everyday. And the towels I had on the floor were removed everyday as well. Not the cleanest spot, but the staff and location kind of made up for it

Hotel lindo, confortável e bem localizado
Pros:

Em uma localização excelente, o hotel ocupa uma construção típica e muito charmosa. O quarto e o banheiro eram bem amplos. A cama era confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente (o que é essencial em uma cidade quente como Cartagena). Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã é no sistema de menu a la carte (com opções deliciosas), porém era possível consumidor frutas e café à vontade.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel since it’s in a great location and has everything you need (except for a fridge).
Pros:

The room was a good size, it had a pool which was nice to use in the afternoon. There was a TV with a good amount of channels in both English and Spanish. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

There is supposed to be WiFi in the rooms but you can only get it in the common areas which is all outside. The humidity is awful so sitting outside to search for things is miserable. Wish there was a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

La habitación no tenía ventanas y era muy chica. Y eso es algo que no se informa en la descripción al reservarla. De haberlo sabido sacaba otra categoría.

Bonito sitio para conocer Cartagena de Indias en su máximo esplendor ya que está muy céntrico y además vives su esencia al tratarse de una casa colonial. Especial mención a Justin de recepción, muy amable y servicial. Atendidas como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa
