Pros:

Really liked the pool and garden area,.

Cons:

The a frame we started in was still a.bit unfinished for construction in the back and had some some bugs invading on some of the windows also the shower was not a great angle for the room and the door kept slamming into the shower head

Pros:

Paradise like setting, great accommodation and amazing staff. The pool area was lovely and lots of options for drinks and food. Just what we needed after a long days travel.

Cons:

The following day there was an event where a large group of young adults completely took over pool and restaurant with shouting and music till late. As the only non locals in the resort we felt pushed out and wasn’t the relaxation we was looking for.

Lúc đầu bảo hỗ trợ check out muộn, lúc sau báo 200k check out muộn vì có khách nhưng thực tế chả có mống khách nào, lợi dụng show forestival để kiếm thêm tiền ngoài, đồng ý trả 200k check out muộn thì đang ở có 1 bà cô giật cửa xông vào nói mấy câu rất thờ ơ như kiểu sao còn ở đây 🤡 nhờ nv mua hộp mì li thì bảo 5k thôi, lúc về đưa ra 2 bát mì mỗi bát 2 quả trứng xong thu 25k 1 bát 🤡 hơn nữa thái độ lễ tân rất tệ, nói đến câu t3 mới đứng dậy xin lỗi, chả hiểu cái nhận thức kiểu gì, kể cả bà cô đến giật cửa phòng cũng k 1 câu xin lỗi nào mà quay ngặt đi, rõ ràng theo quy chuẩn resort mà làm việc theo kiểu cảm tính, không có cái quy chuẩn nào, phòng cũng gọn gàng sạch sẽ nhưng với dịch vụ và phục vụ ở đây thì không xứng đáng với giá tiền gần 2tr cho 1 đêm!

We will definitely recommend this hotel to others
Pros:

We were disappointed to stay only one night because the hotel was fully booked. This is a beautiful little resort with a brand-new design and great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of useful information. They also helped arrange our transfer to Ha Long and tours around Ninh Binh.
We were especially impressed by the bear sanctuary and Cuc Phuong National Park tour. The breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool was lovely, and the nighttime view from the third floor overlooking the pagoda tower and mountains was truly stunning.
