Я впервые в таком отеле, все великолепно , но я не был готов к тому что здесь не будет на момент въезда живого персонала
Pros:

Все отлично касаемо самого отеля , его инфраструктуры, наполнения , комфорта .

Cons:

У меня возникли проблемы при размещении которые не решались оперативно и это не была моя вина, эту проблему решил живой оператор через час - полтора когда стало понятно что робот не может решить эту проблему. Это расстроило.

One of the best places that i have felt so confortable
Pros:

Very confortable, felt like home. Location is on top and in a very quiet and elegant neighborhood. Check in is digital and so easy, no need to carry keys or cards, all accsess are with code.

Не было утюга, и не хватало тапочек одноразовых. Не хватало мини кухни для полноценного жилья.
