Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with our experience. One of the greatest strengths of this hotel was its incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming staff. What impressed us the most was that the staff could communicate in several languages, including Arabic, German, Persian, French, Turkish, and English, which made everything much easier and more comfortable for guests from different backgrounds.

The hotel was also exceptionally clean, and every area was well-maintained and spotless. The combination of the hotel’s cleanliness and the warm hospitality of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Onverwachte
Pros:

Het hotel is vrij nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien, het ontbijt is erg goed en het absoluut waard om vroeg voor uit bed te komen. De ligging is gewoon heel praktisch wat je ook kunt verwachten bij een Airport hotel. Het personeel aan de balie leek niet meer te willen zeggen dan nodig en dat er geen parkeer plek voor mijn auto meer bleek te zijn lag niet aan het feit dat ze maar een paar parkeer plaatsen als hotel tot hun beschikking hebben, wat eigenlijk echt niet van deze tijd is, maar het kwam volgens de receptie vooral omdat ik laat aankwam. Er was de mogelijkheid om in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage te parkeren maar hou er rekening mee dat de kosten vrij hoog zijn in verhouding met de kosten voor de overnachting.

Cons:

Mooi nieuwe accommodatie maar het aantal beschikbare parkeerplaatsen staat niet in verhouding met het aantal kamers.
De inrichting van de kamers was bijzonder en vrij onverwachts. Bij binnenkomst in de kamer blijk je in de jungle aan te komen met een aap, hangend in de touwen, als lamp en de badkamer voorzien van promotie behang voor de stad Bremen.
Over smaak valt te twisten...

Immer wieder, wenn wir in Bremen sind ! Gutes Preis/-Leistungverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Alles sehr sauber ! Es riecht sehr angenehm im Zimmer ;)

Cons:

Wir verstehen den Vorteil (Sauberkeit )der „ getrennten Betten „ ;)
Für uns sind französische Betten einfach angenehmer ;)
Sonst gibt es Nichts auszusetzen!

Room comfy and of good size.

Cons:

Reception staff poor. Was eating and speaking to us on arrival. Our questions about facilities like parking, membership of IHG were simply brushed aside. No guidance on breakfast either.
Would have liked coffee or tea making facilties in room as we are accustomed to it in Holiday Inn's. Rest of staff better. Will not go back.

Im Zimmer fehlt ein Kühlschrank,im Bad ein Schminkspiegel....Beim Frühstück mussten wir leider eine schlechte Erfahrung machen Für 19 Euro erwarte ich schon etwas...Das Rührei war alle und mein Mann wies darauf hin..Eine Angestellte kam aus der Küche und gab laut von sich ...; sind die schon am sterben...; wegen dem Rührei Das fanden wir wirklich sehr unprofessionell... Ansonsten waren die anderen Angestellten sehr nett. .Aber diese Frau hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr gemindert... leider in
