A Nightmare First Impression

Our experience with this hotel was deeply disappointing. According to the hotel's policy, minors are not allowed to stay without an adult. However, instead of handling the situation with care and compassion, the hotel administration forced my 16-year-old son to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, claiming that his stay was a risk to the hotel. He had just arrived after a long journey with connecting flights, was exhausted, and found himself alone in a country he did not know.

Regardless of the hotel's policies, treating a tired minor this way is simply inhumane. Instead of trying to help or offering any reasonable solution, they chose to put a child out on the street at night.

This was our first impression of the hotel, and it was truly terrible. I strongly encourage anyone planning to book this hotel to carefully consider whether this is the kind of treatment they would expect for themselves or their family.

Das Zimmer war leider komplett schmutzig unterm Bett Staubwolken auf den Lampen Staubwolken. Mein Shampoo im Bad war leer schon bei Ankunft.

2 minutes from long stay car park 5 minutes from airport and mcdonalds 200 metres away.

Prima voor een nachtje.
Pros:

Kamers en bedden waren heel goed. Fijn personeel. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

De locatie. Wel dichtbij luchthaven, maar in de omgeving was geen restaurant te vinden. Echt op een soort industrieterrein.

Mooi hotel op een prima locatie.
Pros:

Voor ons een perfect hotel op weg naar Scandinavië. We verbleven hier voor de tweede keer, het is een ideale break tussen Nederland om de volgende een ferry te nemen. Je kunt aan de achterzijde gratis parkeren.
