Sehr gut. Man hat sich wohl gefühlt

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht etwas zerstreut.
Freundlich aber nicht serviceorientiert.
Bei der Weinbestellzng konnte keine einzige Frage beantwortet werden. Noch nicht mal zu den Preisen. Die musste man selbst checken.

Im Empfangsbereich ein extrem aufdringlicher Raumduft, der Kopfschmerzen erzeugt. Das Personal darauf angesprochen, empfindet es ebenso. Sie dürfen allerdings nicht abschalten.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön. Wäre es hier und da etwas sauberer, hätte man nichts zu bemängeln.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Sauberkeit der Betten. Die Bettdecken und Kissen waren nicht richtig bezogen. Die Bettdecken waren voll Flecken, auf dem Laken waren Haare.
