The room was so good , comfort and modern , the staff by watsap helped us so much , every quesion i asked they answered me directly , the location perfect in center of athens .
The only two things were :
The duvets ( didn't have covers) and thats so important in my opinion ,
and the pillows were thin .
Kahvaltı için 2 cafe opsiyonu var, girişteki cafeyi tercih ettik. Lezzeti ve konumu açısından çok iyiydi. Hotel'in lokasyonu cafe/bar/mağazalara ve metro istasyonuna çok yakın mesafede, ses gürültü yok. Konum kısaca çok iyiydi. Hiç sabit resepsiyon görevlisi olmamasına rağmen taleplere erken dönüş yapıldı. İnce düşünceli bir yönetim anlayışı açıkca belli oluyor.
Tuvalet veya su giderinden ara ara kötü koku geliyordu. Hotel'in tek olumsuz noktası o olabilir.

L’emplacement de l’établissement
Une expérience extrêmement décevante dans un établissement présenté de manière trompeuse sur Booking.
Nous sommes arrivés vers 2 heures du matin et avons découvert qu’il fallait effectuer nous-mêmes l’intégralité du check-in. Tout est informatisé, y compris l’ouverture des portes, sans véritable réception ni assistance humaine sur place.
Comme nos téléphones n’avaient presque plus de batterie, nous sommes d’abord restés environ trente minutes bloqués à l’extérieur, sans pouvoir entrer ni contacter qui que ce soit. Une fois que nous avons enfin pu appeler, le calvaire n’était pas terminé : il nous a encore fallu une très longue période pour réussir à effectuer correctement le check-in. Nous sommes restés environ quarante-cinq minutes au téléphone avec le prétendu réceptionniste, qui ne s’est jamais déplacé et ne s’est jamais présenté sur place. Après un voyage et une arrivée en pleine nuit, passer autant de temps dehors puis au téléphone simplement pour entrer dans sa chambre est totalement inadmissible.
Pour couronner le tout, nous avons constaté la présence de cafards coincés au niveau de la porte d’entrée. Cela donne immédiatement une idée du niveau d’entretien et des conditions d’hygiène de l’établissement.
Cet établissement se décrit lui-même comme n’étant pas réellement un hôtel, alors qu’il est pourtant commercialisé comme tel sur Booking. J’insiste donc : ce n’est pas un hôtel, mais un hébergement entièrement automatisé, sans accueil ni services hôteliers dignes de ce nom.
La prétendue réception se résume pratiquement à une chaise vide. Pendant les deux jours passés sur place, nous n’avons jamais parlé en personne à un seul membre du personnel, à l’exception des femmes de ménage, qui sont venues nous déranger à trois reprises pour faire la chambre alors que nous avions clairement indiqué que nous ne le souhaitions pas à ce moment-là.
L’automatisation complète de l’établissement est également préoccupante concernant la protection des données...
Extremely clean. Great hotel for a single traveler due to the layout. Interactions are handled via website / app which I actually preferred.
There is minor sound polution from outside, which is to be expected from a hotel in this area. Earplugs were provided but I didn't need them.
