very cozy, hospitable stay!
Pros:

I didn't have the breakfast, but it looked delicious when I passed by the restaurant in the morning. the staff was very helpful when we arrived and gave us free parking, and the rooms were adorable!

Cons:

I wish there had been bigger fans in the units because it was pretty hot, but then there was some sagging in the floor of my room that made me a little weary about moving on it to much.

Sehr schön bayrisch gemütlich ausgestattetes Hotel mit guter Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist vom Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt sehr gut mit der Tram erreichbar.
Besonders gut hat uns die bayrisch gemütliche und mit vielen hübschen Details versehene Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer gefallen.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Hotelpersonal.

Cons:

Leider war es etwas hellhörig zum Nachbarzimmer.

Sehr schöne bayrische Herberge 4 Tram-Stationen (18/19) vom HBF stadtauswärts entfernt; sehr freundliches Personal, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen zum sehr schön angerichteten, reichhaltigen Frühstück in herrlich ruhiger Atmosphäre; alles sehr gepflegt und entspannt zu einem absolut stimmigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (in München mehr und mehr Seltenheit); ich hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus; sehr schön ruhig abends zum Schlafen; ich komme immer gerne wieder…

Cons:

Im Sommer sind die Zimmer etwas warm; Ventilator an der Rezeption; Zimmer nach vorne sind aufgrund der stark befahrenen Straße eher laut; ist halt so, wenn man in München zentral wohnen will…

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Convenient localisation (tram, bus stops in 200 m, Donnnenbergerbrucke Train station in 10 minutes walking). Peaceful surroundings.
Nice decorated rooms in Bavarian style.
Extremaly kind and helpful staf. Good breakfast and pleasant breakfast room.
I stayed here for second time; gladly would stay here again.

Pros:

Setting, location and staff was to our liking.

Cons:

No cold storage in the room. Sheets weren’t changed even once during a week-long stay in a sweaty 30 degree weather :/

Pros:

Hotellet ligger lite utanför centrum men lätt att ta spårvagnen MVG heter appen . Lika bra köpa dagskort så man åka hur man vill på buss tunnelbana och spårvagn köp på hotellet.

Några i personalen kunde dålig tyska. Jag talade om att det saknades badhanddukar - och vi fick upp EN. Toaletten fungerade inte helt perfekt. Ägaren (?) var tacksam att jag påpekade det.

Preis Leistung stimmt, Lage ist prima, ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Prima Lage zu dem S-Bahnhof Donnersbergerbrücke und zu der Tram-Bahn und Bushaltestelle keine 100 Meter entfernt, man ist, per ÖPNV super schnell in der Innenstadt oder im Umland.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück, teilweise Buffet teilweise mit Bedienung (sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend). Frühstücksraum ist sehr gemütlich, bayrisch eingerichtet, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind sehr eingeschränkt, aber wenn man öffentlich anreist ist es perfekt.
