Wouldn't stay there again but did make it through the night.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The air conditioner made a big boom sound every time it kicked off which was often. The TV messed up and the volume would not go up and down then it wouldn't cut off and on. There was a musty smell in the room but the person working did give us a freshener spray to use.

Beds are like sleeping on a tank, AC could never get the room cool enough. Water pressure not great, shower floor a little slick. TV issues. 3rd floor area AC not working - elevator and common area hot, not cool at all.

The location and staff behind the counter were nice

Cons:

Seen roaches in the room . Shower had a foul odor coming from it and also the first night we stayed housekeeping just walked in our room while we were sleeping she didn’t knock or anything. That was a big deal for me

Comfortable clean room at a great price. Elevator out of service was a bit of a bummer since I was on the second floor.

The rate made it worth it
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Facilities very good. Breakfast was a good breakfast and I don't remember the lady's name that was in there every day at breakfast but she was amazing. Shes very friendly and absolutely hilarious and such a joy to talk to!

Cons:

Room lack a little luster. Don't get me wrong, definitely worth the stay but could use some improvements. Also maybe because it was a pet friendly room but you didn't want to walk on the carpet bare foot. A little sticky/weird feeling.
