Quality hotel with excellent staff and central location.
Pros:

Very good hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Neat and clean and very centrally located, away from all busy touristy areas. We walked around to many places. Lots of shopping and food options close to hotel. Xavier from front desk helped with booking Sargada tickets as the official website didn't have any available for our dates.

Cons:

Everything was great. The pillows were very soft and they didn't have any other choice.

Excellent service, beautiful room
Pros:

Beautiful room. Excellent service, particularly by Zofia on reception when we arrived who accommodated us quickly and efficiently and immediately made us feel extremely comfortable. We stayed in room 117 which we would highly recommend, it was stunning. The details were all high quality. Sara also at the bar by the pool was warm and lovely and made sure we always had what we needed. We would definitely stay again and will recommend this hotel to our friends and families. Thanks again.

Alexandra Barcelona Hotel
Pros:

Great stay! Laura Contreras, Maxi Díaz and Salvatore were extremely helpful in booking our stay and helping us get situated. I highly recommend staying at the Alexandra Barcelona hotel. Room was spacious, clean and great working AC for Barcelona in the summer. Location is wonderful—nice neighborhood (felt very safe) with many walkable restaurants and shops.

Great location, swimming pool, nice staff highly recommend
Pros:

Location is perfect very close Passeig de Gracia, Casa Batlló, shops. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Special thanks for the front office that arranged last minute tickets for Sagra da Familia that we could not find ourselves. Swimming pool was well maintained and refreshing after a hot city tour. Pool side lunch was good. Room was nicely decorated and spacious with amenities.

Cons:

I liked the hotel very much and highly recommend. The breakfast was satisfactory but had limited choices. My daughter would prefer having pancakes or waffles but these weren’t offered at the open buffet.

Great base for the post-cruise day
Pros:

Great location. Reasonable price. The room with the patio terrace was splendid. The terrace was very private, with a hot tub and area for relaxation.

The swimming pool and bar were a great respite. The restaurant on the ground floor was tasty with friendly bartenders.

We left early, so I cannot comment on breakfast, but the hotel packed us take away bags which were perfect for our journey to the airport.

LA ubicación perfecta, entre Pº de Gracia y Rambla de Cataluña. Me dieron una habitacion superior con vistas a la Rambla y muy bonita, supongo qeu por ser huesped habitual. El desayuno correcto.
