כשיש הרבה מקומות לבילוי אין הרבה שלטים לכוון אותנו , לקח לנו יותר משעה לחפש יציאה מלוטי וורלד לבית מלון.
אין מספיק צוות בכניסות, לא כל הדלתות חשמליות ולכן היה לי קשה לכנס לבית מלון עם עגלת תינוק הייתי צריכה לסחוב פנימה כי לא היה מי שיעזור או מי שיפתח את הדלת.
מברשות שיניים וסכיני גילוח בתשלום שזה לא מתאים לבית מלון עם 5 כוכבים

Am avut o camera mare si eleganta la etajul 21, cu vedere la Seoul Sky sau Lotte Tower. Hotelul este conectat cu Lotte Mall si Lotte World Adventures Park. Am avut un pret redus de intrare la parcul de distractii si un voucher pentru cumparaturi la mall. Am avut acces gratuit la piscina interioara si sala de fitness.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Malls and subway attached to hotel. So easy for shopping, eating, transport. Big room, lots of storage. Airport bus stops right outside hotel

Cons:

There wasn’t anything to dislike, only that the food in hotel was very expensive, room service wasn’t bad. We mostly ate in the malls where there was tons of choice for reasonable prices
