Un hôtel de très bon standing, bien situé, avec un personnel très disponible.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était de très bonne qualité. Il est possible de commander du café comme dans un café.
La décoration du hall d’entrée de l’hôtel est très raffinée.
Le personnel est très disponible pour répondre aux besoins.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était parfait.

Pros:

Very nice and clean facility with proximity to shopping area. Very nice and helpful staff

Cons:

They tend to use the card without pre alignment, this is their system.Although i registered my car for parking, they got the plate number, deducted the money, you have to call them to be admitted to the parking, yet I found a paper saying that whose car is this, we need to know!!!!!!!. This was crazy

Great stay in Milan
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean, and even though the location is very central, the room was very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied.

Cons:

The wifi was atrocious - very slow and didn't reach our room very well. We also would have loved to see a coffee machine instead of ordering coffee at breakfast.

A lovely stay
Pros:

I loved how modern the hotel was and it was soo clean and comfortable to be in and the welcoming staff were so friendly and helpful specially Brigitte and Bernadeth they would answer any questions happily and talked about the places we should visit
