Pros:

Location is very good, the hotel facilities and rooms are also very good. We experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room which was dealt with quickly. Brigitte on the reception desk was brilliant, very caring and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente e bella, in posizione centralissima a Milano. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione molto rifornita e con prodotti di ottima qualità

Cons:

Stanza e bagno un po’ piccolini, soprattutto la doccia.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Room very clean and well maintained , bed sheets extremely clean , water in the room complementary, breakfast very good ( almost the same every day but tasty and fresh)
Location very good , on the main shopping street Corso Buenos Aires, close to bus 60 ( bus station Lima) which goes directly to Train central station ( Stazione Centrale) where you have direct connection by bus to all airports.
Very friendly staff ( I would like to mention one name Megi)
A bit pricey, but is Milan!
