La stanza confortevole, pulita ed il letto comodo. Gentilezza dello staff un mist. La colazione era buona, anche se varierei di piu.

Cons:

La cena. Purtroppo ho ordinato una costoletta alla milanese e l ho lasciata perche dura peggio di una suola per scarpe. Mi è stata portato lo stesso tipo di piatto; era piu commestibile ma sempre mediocre. Ho lasciato anche quello. È un peccato perche qualche anno fa facevano cucina Top.

The hotel is just behind a Main road that is full of shops , pharmacies, restaurants, muji shop and many more other very good worldwide brands. The lime cycles and scooters are available in the hotel entrance. Very good size rooms with big toilets. Very good AC. 3 elevators although a bit small in size. Excellent security room. Parking for cars available with extra fees. One of the very helpful staff Mr Ahmed el gamel , really professional in helping people, very humble. He really recommended us to go to excellent places using the best travel mode either taxi , Uber or cycle. The hotel is 12 minutes away from the domo. Really enjoyed the stay. Every day cleaning services

The good and the bad for what we had hoped would be a perfect stay.
Pros:

We had a suite so space was no problem. We found the staff to be extremely courteous and felt the hotel was adequately updated. All those boxes got a positive check but other issues did not.

Cons:

I found the bed extremely difficult to sleep in because it was much too firm. We had been traveling for over 2 weeks before going to Starhotels Ritz; fortunately their bed was the only one I had a problem with sleeping. I was also highly put out that they charged extra for an omelette. That is something we have come to expect at no charge in 4-star hotels. Because of the discomfort with the bed and the omelette fee we will not use a Starhotel again.

Five Star Service - Thanks Frank!
Pros:

Our stay got off to a great start when we were greeted by Frank. He was charming and very friendly making both me and my wife feel incredibly welcome. He asked questions about our stay, recognised that this was a birthday gift for my wife and upgraded our room. He gave us a true “five star” service. Took our bags to our room, explained all the timings and facilities, and gave us tips on how to truly have the best time in Milan. Not only did Frank make our stay exception m, he helped make Milan exceptional!
