Me gustó que todo el personal era muuy alegre y acogedor. Es un lugar rodeado de muuucha naturaleza, lo que no me esperaba para la zona donde se ubica. Nuestra pieza tenía una terraza lo que hacía mas agradable la estancia.

Cons:

Se escucha lo que las personas hablan en el pasillo, me hubiese gustado tener mas frazadas a disposición a pesar de que la pieza tiene aire acondicionado que también sirve para calentar.
El desayuno ni es gran cosa la verdad.

Excelente ubicación, muy buen servicio, cálido confortable muy limpio . El personal muy amable. Sobre todo los señores de recepción.
El restaurante muy bueno !

Cons:

Lo único que podría mejorar es las almohadas son muy duras y el hervidor de la habitación sacarle el sarro cosa que ocurre en casi todos los hoteles el hervidor es un tema .

Buena , comoda y ubicación excelente para mi objetivo
Pros:

Camas cómodas , buen estacionamiento,
El entorno , jardines es MUY hermoso , mucho verde lindo lindo , es como estar en el sur de Chile , increíble en vitacura , y te permite descanso .

Cons:

El TV es muy antiguo , su imagen era borrosa .

Estacionamiento suficiente, aunque un poquito desordenado

Cons:

El desayuno solo regular comparado con otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Mala preparación de los huevos, sin variedad en los panes (solo pan de molde), las cecinas no se veían muy frescas. Creo que deben revisar y mejorar.

Tranquilo, buena ubicación y precio calidad acorde a lo esperado.
Pros:

Es un lugar tranquilo, no disfrutamos mucho porque nos tocó viajar por trabajo y llegamos en la noche, pero alcanzamos a cenar

Cons:

El restaurant que esta en el hotel tiene poca variedad de carta y el desayuno muy parecido a un IBIS, nada que uno diga ooohh es espectular.
