En el desayuno, entre las 9:30 y 10:00am, en la mesa de al lado nuestro se produjo una situación de violencia. Era evidente que el hombre, quien estaba descalzo y bebiendo alcohol a la hora señalada, fuera de control tuvo una discusión con su pareja, a quien agredió físicamente. El tipo, al intentar quitarle el celular de sus manos de un manotazo, dio vuelta el café, provocando que el desayuno servido en la mesa, saltara y ensuciará todo. Dada la escena, fui inmediatamente a la recepción para denunciar lo que recién escribí y pedir al recepcionista, tomara las medidas del caso, lo cual NO HIZO. Me devolví a mi mesa y le ofrecí mi apoyo a la chica que había sufrido la violencia. El tipo que causó el acto violento, se fue y "coincidentemente", se acercó el recepcionista para preguntarnos si estábamos bien. Según los dichos de los mozos del restaurante, el agresor trabajaba junto al chef que se había adjudicado la concesión de la cocina, por lo que eran parte del servicio del hotel. El hotel no hizo absolutamente nada, no aplicaron ningún protocolo ante esta situación y nosotros, los clientes, tuvimos que vivir y aguantar la violenta experiencia.
Parte externa - é muito bonita com muito verde e pássaros
Tinha goteira no quarto. O vaso sanitário não funcionava e caía água ao dar a descarga. O chuveiro quase não saia água. Tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes. Foi um pesadelo.

Me gustó la decoración de los espacios comunes y las vistas de las terrazas hacia el bosque y un pequeño cerro, con una loma muy inspiradora.
La estructura del edificio de ladrillos a la vista es muy sonora y se escucha todo lo que ocurre en el pasillo y otras habitaciones. Recepción mala. Guardia en el acceso durmiendo y el recepcionista parecía más bien un carabinero que un ejecutivo turístico. Ni siquiera nos ofreció o regaló un saludo cordial y sonrisa.

A decent buffet breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff and a quiet location made this hotel a pleasure to stay at. It is situated near a main bus route that will take you into Vitacura or the city.
The location is a bit far out of Vitacura if you wish to walk but there are busses that pass nearby. The only issue with those is that you need to obtain a Tarjeta BIP! and recharge it up front. I'm not sure if the hotel can help with this.
