A decent stay but I suspect there are better options for a similar price
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality and reasonably varied.

Cons:

The air con doesn’t work, which isn’t great in a city like Istanbul, you can’t really have the windows open because of the noise of the traffic outside (Turkish drivers love their horn, particularly after the football), so you will be awake until around 02:00 then woken by the call to prayer around 05:00. The outside noise is not the fault of the hotel, the broken air conditioning is.

Excellent
Pros:

We stayed here for just one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly generous and upgraded us to an executive suite! It made our short stay feel like a real luxury getaway. Excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere, I would definitely stay here again!
