Friendly and welcoming place to stay just a short walk from the city center

There was a distinct pong (smell of drains) in the reception area and close by. It didn't detract from the overall stay, but remains a memory that has lasted

We enjoyed our stay but the hotel room needs updatinf

Good central location. Breakfast was great and the pool facilities were good

Cons:

The bathroom sink was blocked, the toilet plumbing needs attention as there was a very loud noise in the pipes every time the toilet was flushed. The sofa was in poor condition with stains and rips. Didn’t even want to sit on it!

POOL WAS OVER CROWDED EVEN THOUGH IT IS 8:30AM ON A SUNDAY...AND MOST OF THEM ARE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN --- TOO NOISY IN THE JACUZZI...3 -4 ASIAN FAMILIES IN THE JACUZZI...
ROOM WAS OK, EXCEPT FOR THE MINI BAR - NO MINI BAR OR COMPLIMENTARY WATER...

I DID USED THE APP - REQUESTED FOR LAUNDRY BAG - DID NO ARRIVED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON THAT I REQUESTED IT...UNTIL I CAME TO RECEPTION ON SUNDAY MORNING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT...
