Un hotel estupendo, con una ubicación ideal, todas las comodidades y un trato excelente.
Pros:

El hotel era realmente perfecto.
En serio, todo estaba impecable: la limpieza, el equipamiento de la habitación, el colchón tan cómodo, la tranquilidad y, sobre todo, la acogida.
La ubicación es inmejorable (en el centro histórico de Otavalo). Es genial, se puede ir a todas partes a pie.
Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Pros:

Lovely, easy, quiet stay for someone who speaks little Spanish and a quick night stay. Staff was eager to do their best to help when I didn’t understand. The breakfast is unlike any hotel breakfast in the states. Excellent!

Pros:

Great location within 5 minute walk of Poncho Square/ market. Comfortable and clean rooms around central with lots of plants / natural light courtyard. Room had lots of cupboards plus desk. Breakfast served in an upstairs front room overlooking street with fresh fruit/hot egg dish/ bread/ croissant. Good security at front door with it locked when no-one is at reception. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Lighting in bedroom could have stronger lightbulbs for room and reading light - very dim. Note there are two hotels with very similar names in Otavalo - this one is in Simon Bolivar

Wonderful stay experience! The staff at Hotel Indio went above and beyond to make us feel at home and our stay most enjoyable. Would stay with them again with zero hesitation. If you find yourself in Otovalo, look them up- you’ll be pleased.

Everything you'll need plus helpful, friendly staf
Pros:

I haven't stayed in the town of Otavalo before; usually I prefer out in the campo. This time though I was on a specific mission at the market and must have asked the front desk staff 1000 questions and each time they were amazing. I got good restaurant recommendations, a tip on where to go for alpaca, and a great massage they organized before my trip to Quito and flight home.

The best place to stay
Pros:

The staff is amazing. This is the best place we stayed in Ecuador. The front desk were extremely helpful with directions and things to do. This hotel and staff deserve way beyond excellent. We would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. The location is great too.

Reservamos y resulta que el hotel no nos brindó el servicio porque estaba lleno. Me parece una falta de respeto que teniendo una reserva nos digan eso. Entonces que no ofrezcan su servicio por plataforma porque no garantizan la reserva.
