My truck was too tall for the parking area. No mention was made of a 6’ clearance.
Came here for a 2nd time this summer with my family after a great July experience. The amenities are lovely. Clean and gorgeous landscaping. Modern and updated rooms that are spacious. The pool is perfect for the little ones and a major shout out to Erica for her arts and crafts activities for the kids, which is such an added bonus. My daughter had a ball getting her fake gold tattoos and making little cars in between jumping in and out of the pool. The food at Baja Grill and Latitudes is excellent. Fresh and flavorful. Great drinks from the bar and the wait staff are very pleasant and attentive.
Chef Dennis was awesome, very friendly and made my family and I feel welcome. He makes a mean omelet! Thanks Dennis!

Had lunch pool side-The service was great so personal. Adam and Joette are the BEST. They go above and beyond and made the afternoon so fun. Highly recommend
This place is great!! So many fun things on property. Don't even have to leave to have a great time! The staff by the pool at latitudes, joette, Kate, beth and adam was great! and Brian at the beach was wonderful as well!

Erica was wonderful with my children by the pool. She gave them fun crafts and super cute face tattoos. She was extremely friendly and interactive!

I stayed at the hotel in June and July for quick weekend stays. Here are the positives: the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The pool was very nice and had a fun vibe with live music. The location was great on the water, but if you are looking for ocean views you won’t get that here. The downside was the food experience. We ate at the poolside bar twice and the Hutch once, and the food was mediocre every time. The smash burgers had so much sauce on them that the buns were soggy. The Caesar salad was drenched in dressing, so much so that we couldn’t eat it. We had to ask for utensils and ended waiting a while to get them. At both places the alcoholic drink order was wrong and we waited a while to get the drinks. The fajitas were ok but came with no toppings that you would usually expect like cheese or sour cream. In addition, one minding we had to leave at 6:15 and asked about getting coffee, but we were told that there was nothing open until 7. Overall, our dining experience was disappointing at this hotel. Without a good place to eat, it makes us less motivated to return to this hotel.
Tyler greet us very nicely right at the lobby entrance and helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. A very kind person.
