Very pleasant experience, really helpful staff, good breakfast and comfortable room.
Pros:

The desk staff were excellent, friendly, efficient and helpful. Nice room with balcony, and comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection.

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast not to my taste, but that’s a quibble!

A comfortable and wheelchair-friendly stay with helpful staff and a very convenient location.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and well equipped for wheelchair users. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for sightseeing, with bus stops and the metro nearby.

Cons:

The lift was rather small, especially for a wheelchair. The bathroom was also quite narrow, and the shower had only a partial glass door that could not be fully closed, so water easily flowed out onto the bathroom floor.
