מלון סביר ליד האוניברסיטה, לא מומלץ לשהייה ארוכה
Pros:

המלון ממוקם ליד האוניברסיטה וזה היה נוח. ארוחת הבוקר היתה סבירה, היה מגוון פירות ותבלינים לתה כמו קינמון ואניס, חלק מהצוות היה נחמד שם מאד.
חדר האמבטיה היה נוח

Cons:

החדר שקיבלנו בתחילה היה עם ריח רע ומיטה לא מתאימה, ביקשנו העברה לחדר אחר שהיה בקומה 11, משש בבוקר היה מאד רועש גם רעש של הצוות. פעמיים מעשר וחצי בבוקר לא היה מזגן, היה מאד מחניק בלי מזגן.
שירות הקבלה בו נתקלנו היה גרוע, גם מבחינת שליטה באנגלית (במיוחד בערב) גם הזמינו לנו מונית שלקחת מחיר מופקע על נסיעה קצרה, מאד מאכזב.

A fine hotel. Excellent breakfast. Big and comfortable rooms. Great service.

Cons:

it’s located close to the airport, beneath one of the major flight lanes to LIS. The isolation is fine, still it’s rather noisy until midnight, and traffic restarts at 6pm. if you‘re very sensitive about noise, you should consider earplugs.

Welcoming staff
Pros:

The hotel was very hospitable and welcoming the entirety of our stay. The room attendant Carla was awesome and made sure our room was set each day. There were great views from our room and the hotel accommodated us whenever we needed. Friendly staff that helped make our time in Lisbon memorable.
