Wunderschönes, modernes Hotel im Herzen Salzburgs mit kurzen Wegen zur Innenstadt.
Pros:

Wir waren als Familie im Imlauer Palais, für 3 Nächte. Ein wunderschönes Haus, tolle moderne Zimmer, super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal - wirklich ALLE - mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Rezeption über Zimmerpersonal hin zum Restaurantservice. Immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, alle Fragen beantwortet und stets hilfreich. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben die ein oder andere Inspiration mitgenommen ;-) Vor dem Hotel war eine Baustelle und die Rezeption hat uns bereits proaktiv auf ruhige Zimmer umgebucht und uns dabei ein Upgrade spendiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

来年の音楽祭でも是非泊まりたい。
Pros:

立地が良く便利。遅い時間のチェックインになってしまったが、受付のスタッフがとても丁寧に対応してくれたので、安心して連泊できました。

Cons:

毎朝9時丁度に「House Keeping！」とやってくる。外出を急かされるようで気忙しかったが掃除はとても綺麗にしてくれるので清々しく滞在できました。

מלון מצוין במיקום מושלם, עם שירות נהדר וארוחת בוקר מעולה – בחירה מצוינת לשהייה בזלצבורג.

מלון מצוין במיקום מעולה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה ומפנקת, הצוות אדיב ושירותי ואפילו שדרגו אותנו לחדר גדול ומרווח יותר.

Die abgestossene braune zimmerausstattung, marke 70er jahre, beworben mit fotos der wenigen renovierten zimmer in anderen geschossen. ein schlichtes dopplezimmer für 370 euro schaut im rest der welt weit BESSER aus

Pros:

Location was excellent, virtually opposite the famous gardens. A 5-10min walk to the centre of the old town, but we were given a complimentary Salzburg travel pass for our entire stay. Which made travelling to various locations a breeze.
All the staff were absolutely fabulous with knowledge, directions and advice. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you
