Pros:

Reception staff are excellent. Friendly, professional, smiling. Every time you pass reception they say hello, have a wonderful day or welcome back. Impressive 👍🤩

Cons:

Unfortunately no free parking but a discount at the nearest parking garage.

An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality, a perfect location, and excellent comfort. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions, making it very convenient to explore Salzburg. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, kind, and always happy to help with a smile. We also really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic stay.

Klare Weiterempfehlung! Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, was viele Infos und Tipps gegeben hat, und das absolut außergewöhnliche Frühstück. Auch das Frühstückspersonal war unsagbar freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und auch sehr ruhig,man hat nichts gehört von draußen oder von Nachbarzimmern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Mirabellgarten, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Parken war im nahegelegenen Parkhaus möglich, hierfür gibt es vom Hotel einen Rabatt. Es ist ein tolles Hotel, ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Personal für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at IMLAUER Palais Mirabell. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from Mirabell Gardens, the Old Town, and Salzburg’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Salzburg. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Stilvoll ein eingerichtete Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist schwierig. Man muss in ein öffentliches Parkhaus fahren. Die hohen Kosten (40€ pro Tag) werden aber zum Teil vom Hotel übernommen.

Die Zimmer sind hervorragend – durchdacht und funktional gestaltet, mit hochwertigen Materialien und einer erstklassigen Verarbeitung. Die Inneneinrichtung ist absolut top.

Das Frühstück ist einfach perfekt und das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage bläst etwas stark in Richtung der Betten, ist aber nichts Dramatisches. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

The hotel does not have its own parking. You can get a discount ticket for the municipal parking, but it is still quite expensive
