Pros:

Unfortunately, the only thing that I can say that I liked about the hotel was at the front. Clerk did the best that he could do with what he had it’s not his fault

Cons:

I was shown three rooms and this was the best room and I still ended up sleeping in the car rental. Bugs🤮 the hotel was run down and loaded full of roaches, spiders, open live wires, dog paw prints on the bedding, like was it even washed? The room smelt like death and it looked like something was dead in the AC kind of hard to see in the pictures. I had stayed there years ago and obviously it’s ran down since then I figured it being in Brandon on Highway 60 good part of town it would be nice boy was I wrong clear warning stay away!!!!!

Clean, quiet, great location and overall nice for the money!
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Overall the facility was clean and livable and the checkin was easy and fast.

Cons:

I think there could've been more pillows on the bed, and the ones that were there were a bit flat. The TV only had 5 channels which is a small critique, but as a frequent traveler, I do enjoy watching some good tv at night. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, again, a small critique as I travel with my own, but most hotels I've ever stayed in have some form of toiletries.

Disgusting roaches and hairs everywhere
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The room was so dirty. It looked like housekeeping had replaced the soap and sheets, but did no actual cleaning. There were cockroaches and other bugs. Hairs and pubes everywhere. Toilet hasn't been cleaned and still had poop smears. Walls were paper thin and everywhere reeked of smoke. Absolutely DISGUSTING.
