Pet-friendly rooms are limited to Standard Rooms (selected Newcastle or Buckingham Rooms) located on the 1st floor and must be reserved in advance. Please contact the hotel to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms.
Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of CAD 30 per room per night or CAD 90 per week.
If a pet-friendly room is not reserved in advance, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation at the guest's expense.

There is a small set of stairs on the 1st floor. Guests with mobility requirements are advised to contact the hotel in advance to ensure they are allocated a room on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Loft suites include stairs, with the bathroom located on the main floor, and are not recommended for guests with mobility concerns.
Reservations of 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings and will be subject to group terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or request cancellation of any group reservation if a contract agreement is not signed in advance.
A CAD 2.50 per night eco fee is applied to support large-scale carbon reduction projects as part of our sustainability efforts. A Credit Card is mandatory at check-in. A damage deposit of up to CAD 250 is required upon arrival via a credit card. 15 steps to the upper level, no towel hooks to dry them, cheap furniture.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Treats in lobby in the afternoon. Very comfy beds and pillows.
Our room was cliose to the lobby and breakfast area, so we were woken up by clinking of dishes every morning..Request a room away from there if sleeping past 7am.
The location is perfect for exploring Victoria on foot. We have been in the city several times, but this location opened up new things to explore.

The breakfast staff was very rude and condescending. Especially the Philippine man who manages the breakfast shift and seats the guests. He was very rude and entitled. Like we are doing him a favor and that we need to obey his very rude and chirpy instructions. Really messed up the whole vibe.

Breakfast was dismal. Instant powdered eggs were not flavorful at all. Cereal offerings were not premium choices. Coffee not good.

Se’ns va oferir un upgrade que vam acceptar i l’hotel va confirmar, però a l’hora de la veritat no es va fer. Ho vam reclamar però l’hotel no va oferir cap solució ni compensació per l’inconvenient. Com a resultat l’estada va ser decebedora. A més, l’aparcament de l’allotjament estava ple i vam haver d’aparcar en un aparcament públic amb un cost més elevat. Finalment, la finestra de l’habitació mira directament a un spa, situació una mica incòmode tan pels usuaris del spa com per la mateixa habitació. El preu també resulta escessiu pel tipus d’allotjament i serveis, suposem com a conseqüència de l’alta demanda.

Værelserne var slidt ! Jeg sov uden dør på en afsats og mine voksne medrejsende sov i værelset hvor de skulle forbi mig - det kunne man ikke se på billedet der lignede det der var to rum ved siden af hinanden! Morgenmad var ikke god ! Der var larm og masser af mennesker og børn - selvom vi havde betalt undgik vi den og spiste ude
