Important information:

Pet-friendly rooms are limited to Standard Rooms (selected Newcastle or Buckingham Rooms) located on the 1st floor and must be reserved in advance. Please contact the hotel to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms.

Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of CAD 30 per room per night or CAD 90 per week.

If a pet-friendly room is not reserved in advance, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation at the guest's expense.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

Parking is available for CAD 18 per night. Parking availability is not guaranteed until check-in.

There is a small set of stairs on the 1st floor. Guests with mobility requirements are advised to contact the hotel in advance to ensure they are allocated a room on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Loft suites include stairs, with the bathroom located on the main floor, and are not recommended for guests with mobility concerns.

Reservations of 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings and will be subject to group terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or request cancellation of any group reservation if a contract agreement is not signed in advance.

A CAD 2.50 per night eco fee is applied to support large-scale carbon reduction projects as part of our sustainability efforts. This fee helps fund conservation and environmental initiatives, verified by Green Step Solutions, ensuring that our environmental footprint is minimized through energy-efficient and eco-friendly practices.

A CAD 0.25 per night fee is applied to support the Indigenous Tourism Destination Fund, which helps fund Indigenous-led tourism projects across Canada.

A Credit Card is mandatory at check-in. A damage deposit of up to CAD 250 is required upon arrival via a credit card. The same will be released at checkout, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

La atencion del personal fue excelente. La habitacion amplia y las camas muy comodas. Bien aislado acusticamente.

Cons:

La decoración era muy antigua, asi como las instalaciones. Es dificil aparcar en la zona y por el precio que pagas por la habitacion no lo incluye, por lo que considera un extra para el parking. El desayuno era excaso y no de muy buena calidad.

The location was great. Everything was easily reachable on foot.
The room was spacious enough and clean.
We had a balcony which was lovely.

Cons:

The shower worked, but the water pressure was extremely weak, which made it difficult to enjoy.

Nette kamer in goede locatie met verouderde technieken.
Pros:

De bedden zijn super. De kamers zijn net.

Cons:

De badkamer was oud in vergelijking met Europa. De badkamerdeur was getrokken van het vocht. Geen vergrootspiegel.

Hotel bien placé, chambre spacieuse et très bon petit dejeuner avec beeaucoup de choix, dans une salle bien agréable, dommage qu'il y ait ces travaux en ce moment qui bloquent le vue sur le port.

Pros:

Die Lage in Victoria ist gut, was aber nicht von den offensichtlichen Schwächen des Hotels ablenken kann. Man gewinnt den Eindruck, als hätte man viel versucht und ist letztlich gescheitert. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unserer Meinung nach die Mindestanforderung an ein Gastgewerbe darstellt. Das Zimmer war groß, mit einer insuffizienten Ausstattung. Der Stauraum deutlich zu klein mit nur einem Schrank mit einem Fach. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. An den Wänden sich sichtbare Abnutzungsspuren.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mit großem Abstand das schlechteste Frühstück, dass wir je eingenommen haben. Spart dieses Geld und geht woanders hin!

Good location. Had a Pleasant stay - comfortable bed and room. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were very friendly, especially at front desk. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

TV - the on-screen guide didn't work, and staff said that's all there was!
Breakfast choices. I cannot eat cheese and the eggs had cheese in them. Also food was lukewarm.
Many tables had reserved signs and sat empty while we were there even though restaurant was very busy!
