Pros:

We had a slight problem with the room and received a partial refund. This was unexpected.

Pros:

Love the coffee cart and breakfast! The price was awesome! Love that there was shampoo and condioner and full soap bars! Everything was perfect!! We will be coming back again later!! Very friendly staff!!

Stinky Carpets and no elevators
Pros:

location of the hotel.
waffles in breakfast.
washroom was clean.

Cons:

Hotel was stinky right from the lobby entrance.
Stinky carpet smell was all around in lobby and in room also.
They have charged so much but simple handwashing's wasn't there.
front desk staff was rude. No elevators in hotel which should be mentioned while booking not after check in is completed.

Fantastic comfort.
Pros:

Sauna was amazing. The hot tub and pool were clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and the place was super easy to find.

Cons:

Breakfast was not well stocked later in the hour but everything tasted good.

Great UP aura. We start our trip west to CopperHarbor here every year. out trio

Wonderfully evocative welcome to UP. Right over the
Bridge. Friendly staff. Newly renovated.

Cons:

Bathrooms need grab bar. Didn’t realize hotel allowed dogs.

Pros:

It has a very nice sauna and hot tub. The pool is shallow, but not too cold. The atmosphere was comfortable. The breakfast dining room is too crowded, but the food was not too bad.
