ホテル自体はとても良く、大満足
Pros:

ディズニーランドに行くために予約しました。
今回は3泊しましたが、チェックイン時は部屋の階層まで選択させてくれました。
客室も綺麗でタオルも十分に用意されており、ルームクリーニングのサービスも不要で過ごせます。
朝食は、メニュー数は少なく、パンやスクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ポテト、シリアル等のアメリカらしいシンプルなものでしたが、ミッキーのワッフルを作ることができて、ふわふわで美味しかったです！

何かあればホテルを出て徒歩2、3分の場所に24時間営業の薬局もあり、水や薬などけっこうなんでも揃います。

駐車場も付いており、チェックアウト後に駐車場の出口でルームキーをかざして、そのまま退場できるのもとても簡単でした！

Cons:

オフィシャルホテルではないので、ディズニーランドまでの徒歩約15分の距離は仕方ないとは思いながらも、全然頑張れる距離ではありますが、子供もいると暑さも相まって少し大変でした。

Beautiful stay marred by poor parking situation
Pros:

Check-in was a breeze. Our room was lovely. It was very clean, located on the same floor as the rooftop pool, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We loved the pool area. Our kids are already asking to come back for another visit.

Cons:

We stayed one night only to go to Disneyland on both Saturday and Sunday. We parked, checked in, utilized the pool, then drove to the Park for dinner. We returned at 11:30pm, but security told us the parking structure was full due to allowing neighboring hotels access to the structure. We were sent to the Sheraton’s overflow parking. Residence Inn didn't charge us the $40 for parking, but we had to pay Sheraton $56 and had the inconvenience of walking blocks late at night with tired children back to our hotel. We also had to schlep our luggage quite a distance to get back to our vehicle the next day. It put a damper on our otherwise lovely stay.

Excellent value. Will consider staying here again.

Continental breakfast, the size of the room, location, cleanliness

Cons:

The TVs in the main area and bedroom were so slow. Streaming service is unusable. Plus I had to request a technician because for some reason the TV dims by itself. The technician was not able to resolve the issue.

Pros:

Реальность превыше ожидания, шикарный чистый отель . Рекомендую !!!! Очень комфортно . Все для комфортного проживания семьи )))) свежий отель , 3* , но я бы 4+* оценила )))) парковка удобная к выходу с чемоданами . До парка аттракционов 10 минут пешком

Cons:

Отель рассчитан на детей, завтрак включено…. Достаточно на завтраке шумно , все спешат быстрее в Диснейленд)))) но это не повлияло на мою оценку
