Guests arriving after hours please contact the hotel in advance (during office hours 8:00-16:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-16:00 Saturday and 14:00 Sunday) to arrange for after-hours key collection. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Reception is closed during public holidays.

Had a fine time.
Pros:

Great bed, fantastic size of room, loved the kitchenette, amazing location, lovely staff.

Cons:

The lighting in room - a bit haphazard and not very cozy, the floorboards creaking like crazy, the black trims and curtains and carpet - so dark, staircase lighting was like being in a hospital (!).

Otherwise average hotel in the area if not for staff changing booking without notice.
Pros:

Room 31 was fine, although bathroom lacked an outlet.

Cons:

Rooms assigned us were different from ones we booked with no prior notice, mix-up was not resolved because all rooms were booked out. Room 41 had the biggest problems, blinds let in a lot of light, bathroom tiles were slippery and sharp, bathtub had a crack in it, low water pressure, dishwasher beeps about every half minute (you can unplug it), bedding triggered severe dust allergies.

Most enjoyable place to stay overnight and looking forward to stay again some time in the future
Pros:

The friendly atmosphere of welcoming me in to the office. Ğreat room with huge spaces. Quiet and close to all amenities around the town

Cons:

The lift is unworkable, too old like the building itself.
