NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN

The ac didn’t work. I had my baby with me & we didn’t sleep the whole night. They gave us a measly little fan. This used to be my favorite hotel. But I will never stay here again

Pretentious and bad. Noisy, uncomfortable, fake grass everywhere, bad choice of floor for bathroom because it is slippery, drains dont work well.

Go somewhere else!!
Cons:

Waste of time and money. Extremely rude staff, outdated facilities, air conditioning very noisy (woke us and the baby up everything it turned on and off). The swimming pools are exposed in the middle of the walking paths giving you no privacy. The bathroom floors are as slippery as they could be, even with sandals. Spa never responded to booking requests. Honestly I cannot see anything good in this hotel. Go somewhere else!

Will definitely be back to that hotel!
Pros:

Close to the border, clean, and bed was super comfortable. We were tired and check in was fast. Thank you!
Oh and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage was nice! From our car to the door of our room!

Nothing, everything was great!

Pros:

Pésimo servicio de verdad ni se para que reservas y cuando llegas ahí ni respetan tu reservación la verdad ni me
Queda ganas de volver a reservar ahí muy mal servicio

Cons:

Mejor ni hagan reservaciones va uno ya con la familia planes y para que salgan lo sentimos no podemos darle lo que reservo pésimo pésimo servicio
