部屋が広々として、テーブルや椅子も豪華！
バスタブも付いていたし、
クローゼットにはハンガーが１０本も有り、洗濯後にも活用できた。
朝食も非常に良かった！
フロント以外のスタッフも感じよくて親切。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の扉が閉まりにくくて、冷えにくかった。
日本以外では仕方ないけれど、ウオッシュレットが付いていない。
フロントの若いスタッフ達とは意思疎通が難しかった。

Excellent location and amazing views, but the hotel itself feels dated for a five-star property
Pros:

The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. The metro station is very close, making it easy to reach the city centre, Shanghai’s main attractions, the railway station and the airport. There is also a convenience store nearby. We had a fantastic view from our room, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and well located for exploring Shanghai.

Cons:

The hotel feels quite dated and, in our opinion, does not really meet the standards we would expect from a five-star hotel. The rooms are not very modern and show their age, so the property would definitely benefit from renovation. Breakfast was average, with a rather limited selection and not much variety. Everything was acceptable, but overall we expected a little more from a five-star hotel.

Pros:

Excellent location with metro stop just 2 minutes walk and numerous restaurants and shopping venues just 10/15 minutes walk, good size room, shower in a bathtub instead of shower only.

Cons:

The bell boys at the front door was not interested in helping with the luggage over the few steps at the hotel entrance. Other staff were very good.

Very good location and hotel for a business or pleasure trip.
Pros:

Great location, with a metro exit next door, off the main road and within walking distance of many spots to eat and roam. The hotel is a Radisson tieup but they do not make that completely clear. Anyway, the staff is lovely and very helpful. Higher floors have some good city views. Amenities were provided and were more than adequate.

Cons:

Was a bit iffy on the breakfast fare. There was a lot, but the layout was a bit strange. Most food was not fully seasoned, but that was remedied with some salt. I would have loved to have some more bread selections for breakfast. But this is a little bit of a nit-pick.
