Nice location and nice accommodations.
Pros:

Nice location. Just enough out of downtown but also not too far from other business.

Cons:

I wish the vanity was outside of the bathroom. More lighting closer to door area.

Good breakfast, nice pool and spa, terrible hard bed.
Pros:

The pool and spa were clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bed was the hardest one I have ever been on. Couldn't sleep through night. Staff didn't seem to care.

Pros:

Booked because of location to collage class event, and because of pool, and the pool was shut down for repairs and I was not told in advance or I wouldn't have booked here, had to pay a different hotel to use their facilities instead. Wast of money for this booking.

Cons:

Price should have been disconnected due to amenities not being available!!

Good hotel location close to downtown traverse city with a decent all you can eat.
Pros:

Good enough breakfast in the all you can eat. Easy to find parking. Straightforward check in/out process and Great staff.

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi were closed

With so many hotels in Traverse City, I would not stay at this hotel again due to its need to be updated and cleaned. Br
Pros:

Property needed some TLC it was not very well kept. Carpet & hallways were dirty with some wall damage. Just not well maintained.

Cons:

First room they gave us was smelly. Smelled moldy / musty. We asked to change and they let us.

Correcta estancia.
Pros:

Hotel con habitación grande, limpio y desayuno correcto. Camas cómodas. Secador de pelo muy correcto.

Cons:

La ventana no se podia abrir, la piscina no estaba disponible por algún problema. El suelo de la habitación y del hotel era de moqueta y hacía que se viera más viejo del que era.

It was okay probably wouldn’t stay here again

Close to things we wanted to do

Cons:

Amenities were unusable during our stay
Staff shut us down upon asking for some help about reimbursement
Hair in some of the hand towels that didn’t belong to us
Stains and cigarettes burns in the comforter that we noticed the next day that we didn’t make we chose to not use the comforter for the remainder of the stay

Very comfortable clean place to stay
Pros:

Our room was very nice. You could tell that things were fairly new. The room was very clean. The hotel is a bit of a maze so it’s a little odd to get your bearings and get around. They had a very nice courtyard with tables, umbrellas, and chairs, and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather and play cards. Breakfast was phenomenal and I would definitely choose a country Inn and suites again.

Cons:

One of our big disappointments was at the pool and hot tub were not working. When your researching hotels and that is one of the things that you want after being on a motorcycle for hours, it gets very disappointing when you get to the hotel and find out that it’s down for repairs and has been for over a month. booking.com was advised of the issue but did not pass that on as we just made our reservations a few weeks ago so we were very disappointed. From now on, I will call the hotels myself to verify that the information is accurate.

A nice place to sleep and get a decent breakfast..call to see if pool is open if thats important

The room was nice and clean. Great pressure in shower. Beds were comfortable,pillows not as much. Staff when we checked in was nice. They are doing some updates so a better look overall.. Breakfast was nice and lots to choose from. Friendly people

Pool and hot tub closed and it wasnt advertised as that on booking.com. hotel stated they were informed that pool was being fixed over a month ago..i will always call hotel directly now. Being on motorcycles all day you need a pool. Also the layout of the buildings is kind of weird. Hard to get around. Mostly disappointed on pool and hot tub being down
