Pros:

Very quiet, no stomping feet above our room no banging dock doors in the hallway. That was probably my favorite part.
Also, the breakfast every day was exceptional. The kitchen area was clean. The food was great. I would come back again just because of that.

Cons:

The only kind of bad thing was the ice machine on the first floor was broke for the first two days, which wasn’t a big problem because we took the elevator to the second floor for ice.

Overall very nice clean well maintained property to stay at. I would recommend!

I liked that it was updated and very clean. Easy to find your way around in also.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that comes to my mind about the property itself. One thing I absolutely DIDNT LIKE when I was making my reservation was that there was no refunds if you were to cancel for any reason whatsoever. That is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! It’s not like the room was a super cheap price @ $330.00 per night thus justifying no cancellation refunds for a reduced rate. I almost didn’t book because of that clause. It was ONLY because I was short on time on my end that I reserved with a hotel with such a policy.
So for the very few hours we were actually there, it was wonderful. Your breakfast in the morning had many choices and was delicious!

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson offers a great stay at a great value.
Pros:

The cleanliness was outstanding. The staff is pleasant. The pool area is clean and inviting and the hot tub is large and works nicely. The breakfast has hot items and is well done.

Cons:

The only drawback that I experienced is that the bathroom fan comes on every time you turn on the light. I prefer to have separate switches.

Would only return here if nothing else was available.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

1. The hot tub had a scum ring that needed to be cleaned.
2. Our room smelled like a wet dog.
3. The swim area towels were old and scratchy.
4. Room cleaning was only every 3 days. We stayed 4 days and had to ask for our room to be cleaned after they skipped our room.
5. Free breakfast was very basic. The hot items were not very hot. The french toast sticks were tough and unable to eat.

My stay was great, we enjoy the breakfast and the beds and room was very comfortable as well as the bathroom.
Pros:

It was clean, smell well and it was very close to town.

Cons:

It was under construction but didn’t affected the comfort or my sleep

Comfortable stay with good breakfast.
Pros:

The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. All Staff we encountered during 2 night stay were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Hate that the bathroom fan automatically comes on with bathroom light. Hotel a bit dated but comfortable and clean nonetheless. I would stay again if passing through.

In need of refreshing, lighting, color and a less obtrusive heating/cooling system.
Pros:

Picture an enter hotel decorated in old adobe brown, with all artwork black and white. Oh for a red or blue or orange, anything. Even the hall lights looked like they were saving by using 40W when 60 or more would have brightened things up. The heat/AC in the room is next to one of the queen beds and it was brutal - erratic and loud, we eventually turned it off and tried to regulate the temp while we we were away during the day. Breakfast offerings pretty standard for chain hotels, but a plus was the large and (unusually well lit) breakfast area. Located on a major road in TC so directions and getting to site/sights is straight forward.
