A nice hotel in a good location and budget friendly.
Pros:

Loved how big the room was. I thought the complementary drinks for the adults were very nice and unexpected. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Pretty clean hotel. Staff had good attitudes.

Cons:

The conditioner bottle in the bathroom was completely empty prior to using. The pull out bed was flat and just the fitted sheet and thin sheet was available to make the bed. I thought pillows and the cover blanket would have been provided. We did say 2 adults and 2 kids. We made due with what we had. Also, I killed a grey stink bug that was crawling on the bed. It’s a common bug for this area so I didn’t read too much into it.

Pros:

There breakfast was very good. It was in a great location.

Cons:

Staff seem good until I brought it you their attention my room hadn't been cleaned in 3 days. I had to go to housekeeping and ask for towels, cups, toilet paper, and I also did my own trash every day. The entire place had a strong smell of chlorine.

Great family stay with an excellent breakfast
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order omelettes and eggs prepared fresh on the spot. The whole atrium area is beautiful and gives the hotel a very spacious and pleasant atmosphere.

The room was very large and comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus that our kids really enjoyed. Free parking was also very convenient. The hotel offers an evening reception as well, which sounded great, although unfortunately we were not able to attend.

Overall, a very good choice for families and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only real downside was that the room was quite dark. Even during the daytime, we often needed to turn the lights on. A bit more natural light or brighter lighting would make the room feel much nicer.
