We enjoyed our stay and will return again next year!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and easily accessible for my husband who is handicapped.

Cons:

We only had one towel between us, which I didn’t notice until the early morning. The handicap shower was nice, however the water went everywhere on the floor, outside of the shower. The floor was then very slippery. I had to use what few hand towels and wash clothes ( 3 in total) to wipe down the floor before my husband could come out of the shower.

The staff was very sweet and accommodating. They were obviously short staffed & over worked, but were just great despite it.

Cons:

Our shower curtain had literal mold all over the bottom of it. Wish I had taken a pic. Also, bathroom floor was sticky. Disgusting. Obviously hadn't been mopped well in a while. All of this goes back to being under staffed.

Was hard to get enough clean towels for the room. We had 4 ppl in our room but there were only two towels and washcloths. Make it make sense.

Need to hire more staff. The front desk staff was running ragged. Not enough housekeeping staff to keep the place clean.

Lastly- this hotel seemed fine, but you have 2 others right outside that had some VERY shady looking folks lurking around.

HORRIBLE MOLDY STINKY STAY

The hotel as a whole! The entire hotel is outdated and our room was moldy and moist. The mattress on the bed was at a slant with the foot of the bed higher than the head of the bed. The lamps, handles on the furniture and the mirrors all had black mold growing on them. The tub was dirty and the coffee maker was in the bathroom!! It had an moldy dirty shag like carpet, the walls and ceiling had touch up paint, which was trying to cover up mold.

Pros:

Room excellent

Cons:

1 wash cloth. Check in early charge $50. Did not take. 1st morning breakfast bad. Waffle mix watery waffles were terrible. No decaf coffee offered.
