Highly Recommend. It is in a great location and the unit is clean and tidy.

We have stayed here on numerous visits to Melbourne and love that it is close proximity to cafes and restaurants. The unit was clean and tidy and had every amenity we wanted.

Yes, I would say it’s very good. I would come back again if I have anything to do in that part of Melbourne.
Pros:

It was very convenient. The balcony was really nice. Everything was sufficient close to food restaurant especially the Indian restaurant opposite Road.

Cons:

I think everything is fine. The stuff are really nice. They were very helpful. Overall I have nothing against this establishment.

Comfortable and clean apartment to stay in Brunswick
Pros:

It is well located for us visiting family in Brunswick. It is close to tram and train and there are lots of local restaurants in the area. Although the street is busy the apartments are very quiet. Underground parking is very easy and a good price. We have stayed here on many occasions. Easy to drive to and not have to go through the city.

Cons:

Nothing really. A bedside light would be very handy so one doesn’t have the brightness of the main light. I’ve mentioned this before (we bring our own now lol).

Great stay. Great location.
Pros:

Well located in Brunswick close to tram and lots of great places to eat or the kitchen in the unit meant you could buy from local food places and eat in if desired. Comfortable and quiet with parking available for an extra fee which was very convenient. There was an issue with the lift while we were there but staff were on it immediately and it was quickly fixed. The wonderful A1 Bakery and Very Good Falafel were a short walk and the fabulous Balha’s Pastry just across the road. Great coffee and organic supermarket close as well.

Cons:

Property was as good. The addition of a broom would have been good but maybe I just missed it.

The perfect accommodation for a stay in Melbourne.
Pros:

All the staff were pleasant, welcoming and really helpful throughput our stay. We stayed in apartment 405 which was excellent and fully met our needs for our one week stay.
