高級感があり大変満足でした
全てにおいて大変満足です。
一番に食事がとても美味しいし、
スタッフは皆さん感じが良く、
お部屋も清潔で空調も良く、
温泉も最高でした！

Breakfast is great which consists both western and Japanese styles. Bedroom is great especially for a solo or couple. The public bath is good though a little small with one indoor cold tub and indoor hot pool, as well as an outdoor pool. One can also go for a hike behind the resort. Free car-parking which is a short walk to the lobby. Has coin-operated laundry services which means that one does not need to bring a lot of clothings.
The resort is a little old but still very well maintained. Not much food choices if one want to have lunch or dinner at the restaurants during off-peak season. One will have to drive out to nearby eateries (about 5 to 10 mins away).

Nice and clean hotel. We had a very good relaxing experience.
Not much to do around the hotel during Spring where there is not enough snow to ski, but still can't walk on the frozen road. I wish the seats in the bar (with big window) are free to use. Not that many people actually use the bar.

Beautiful and convenient location, stylish and modern facilities, super comfortable room, bedding and shower, great onsen and amazing hospitality. The Director of rooms, Mr. Hatakeyama was particularly caring and helpful during our stay.
We just loved everything even outside of the skiing season in late May
お部屋もアップグレードしていただき予約の部屋より広くのんびり快適でした。温泉も期待していたより綺麗で良い湯でサウナも良かったです。
食事も牛肉やじゃがいもはニセコならではで美味しく料理されてました。スタッフの皆さんも元気に挨拶されていて気持ちが良かったです。

文句ではありませんが、大浴場の大きさが
ホテルの規模からしたら不十分ではと
少々疑問に思ってしまいました。
今回は全く問題なくお湯を楽しめましたが
繁忙期のスキーシーズンには
相当に細やかな時間管理をしないと
お風呂に入らない？なんてことが起きないでしょうか？

ski in out真的很棒，除了地點有點偏僻之外其他都挺滿意的。
房間的空調不能手動調整，暖氣跟冷氣都不能開，廁所的抽氣機風力很弱，衣服洗好不用烘乾機或是濕透的滑雪用品要掛上一整天才會乾，很不友善
